I thought paying more for a pedi would result in a better massage on the pedi. Going back to the salons that charge me less since massages are better. The girls doing the pedis did not seem to want to even be there. Don't go in the afternoon....go when they have had their caffeine or have energy left. They did a great job painting and cutting the nails though. read more

I had a lovely experience! My massage therapist, Paulina, was great and the front desk were very friendly and able to squeeze me in last minute. The ambience and service options are wonderful. My only "complaint" is a bit of inconsistency. I was told on the phone they may be able to get me in for a longer session but when I got there it was never addressed. I filled out paperwork which asked all the right questions but it doesn't seem that information was given to my therapist. The pricing was $10 more than I expected (my guess is from doing the membership vs intro rate which is fine!) but it was never addressed as well as the gift bag advertised at sign up. Overall I'm very happy about my decision to go back I just hope thr details don't become an issue in the future. read more

This location is ok for individual services, but DO NOT book a party at this location. I originally had my party booked at the Dana Park location, but Celeste at SanTan assured me that she would do a better job and would guarantee all of the providers I requested. However, that did not happen! Despite reaching out to Celeste over a month in advance regarding who we wanted for our massages and pedicures, she did not book any of the correct people. I found out two days prior to our booking that I was not going to have the provider that has been doing my pedicure for at least the past year because she was already booked. I called and spoke with the manager, Erin, and she was absolutely no help. She basically stated there was nothing that she could do even though I explained to her that I had arranged certain providers with Celeste over a month in advance, and I had a text message with the date indicating so. Erin had no interest in seeing the text message. Rather, she told me that she would have Celeste call me back when Celeste came in for the day. That never happened either! Celeste never followed up with me and of course was not in the salon the day of my party. Both she and the manager, Erin, are completely unprofessional and lack any c customer service! 12/7/18. Well it was obvious that my review was read by the employees. I walked in today for my appointment and normally when someone comes in, they are greeted and offered water and chocolate. When I walked in today, Celeste was at the front desk along with two other women and one of the male massage therapists, and Celeste would not even make eye contact with me when she checked me and and never offered me water or chocolate. Then when I turned the corner to go to the bathroom, someone whispered, "that's the one" to which another replied, "I know." I felt like I was in Junior High School again. Not only unprofessional behavior, but completely immature as well. read more

If you don't mind them playing "Russian Roulette" with your Bank Debit Card- go ahead. They gave me a price for a dermabrasion, at the "New Customer" price. $59. I also tipped the technician $15.00. She did a good job. The Owner had a younger Staff person call me when I got home. She to told me: "If you have a procedure that uses a "TUBE"- we have to charge $30.00 Extra. What?? I had not signed my name for any "Membership" at this point- I am also a Winter Visitor. They were given all of this info on me- I didn't want surprises, nor should they have surprises. So, I took the application home to read & better understand the Member Agreement". I told the young lady I paid my bill & tip. I told her to have the Manager call me. The Mgr. told me she was going to refund my $30.00, but "decided not to!" In fact, I called my Bank, they let me know the Manager/Owner had already taken out the extra money, with no authorization from me!! I am considering filing a Police Report. Stealing is stealing. The reason I went to their place is because I have been battling several health issues, & just wanted to feel better. They also knew this. The whole thing is over for now. We have been to the Fuchsia at Dana Park and saw that they were opening a location closer to where we live, in south Gilbert. I got a facial and was extremely pleased with my experience. Everybody was super nice and the service was on-par with what we are used to. A Fuchsia and a Noodles & Company near each other mean I am going to be spending a lot of time over there. read more

I have tried numerous spas to treat myself to a facial when I need a get-away since facials are more my "therapy" time than anything else. After trying spas closer to home, I find myself always driving the extra distance to visit Fuschia. It doesn't matter which staff member I receive my treatment from, everyone from the front desk to the service providers are always friendly, knowledgeable and make the experience amazing. read more

I received a $75 spafinder gift certificate from my in-laws. After searching for a salon that would accept it, I found Fuchsia. I made an appointment for a pedicure and shellac polish change. The actual pedicure and polish change experience was just fine. It was a slightly above average experience. What was disappointing was the amount I was charged. In total, I paid over $125 for a pedicure and polish change plus tip. Once I got in my car, I realized this had to be a mistake so I called them. I was told that my polish change was $53. The actual change was $38 and the removal of the previous polish was $15. I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous. For $53 at my regular nail salon, I can get the same exact experience, if not slightly better. I definitely will not be returning. read more

I recently had a facial and massage at Fuchsia! I can not say enough great things about my experience. The front desk gals were so friendly and helpful. Shortly after I arrived I filled out a form that included my basic information and my preferences. They even asked what kind of music I'd like to hear during my treatments which I thought was such a nice touch! I then went into the quiet room as I waited for my treatments to begin. It is the cutest most relaxing atmosphere. I loved all of the decor! I had a great massage followed by a facial with a very friendly woman who gave me great skin care tips. Overall, I'd highly recommend Fuchsia to all my friends and family. Can't wait for them to open even more locations! read more

I had the special facebook service of dying eyelashes and curling them. I have had both of these services done previously elsewhere so I had a comparison. I was not satisfied with the curling. My lashes are not curled and the dye job was poor as well. The salon is cute and staff was super friendly. Not satisfied with the quality of the services provided. Will not be going back. read more

This was my first time at this Spa and Location. I was blown away by the friendly staff and was greeted right away by name! I came to this Spa to see Katelyn for a Facial. She is very professional and has an in depth knowledge of skin care. She has a great touch and I felt so relaxed during the service I almost fell asleep. I was so happy with my service I brought a year long membership! Katelyn recommended a few products which I purchased and with my membership I even got discounts on product! I scheduled my next facial for the following month which I am so excited for. The add ons the salon has is great and my membership is good for massage as well! This location also offers nail services which not all of the locations do. I have to say I live in Scottsdale and I drove all the way here and I am so impressed I will continue to drive to this location because of the wonderful customer service I received. I would do ZERO stars if I could. My husband called the Dana Park location to make me a massage and mani/pedi apt for my birthday. Apparently, this location had a fire a few months back and all calls are being redirected to the San Tan location and they aren't saying anything. So my husband makes an apt for today for my massage and mani/pedi and it's apparently made for San Tan rather than Dana Park. I show up to Dana Park, because that's the location he called and made the apt for and no one called like they were supposed to confirm time/location beforehand. I get there and there's a sign on the door saying services are instead at either San Tan or Ahwatukee. Mind you I get there right as the apt is supposed to start. So I'm assuming my apt isn't happening. I get a call from them finally saying I'm late and they're going to "charge the card on file for a no show late fee but I can still make it for my nail apt". I inform them what happen and they direct me to a manager. She then says they'll waive the fee this time but then want to know if I can come in for my nails. So apparently because I missed my massage apt due to a failure on their part, I don't get asked to reschedule or anything, I'm just out of luck. When my husband called to cancel all together so we can take our business where it will be better respected, the manager tried to charge us a cancellation fee. This, as my birthday gift, would've been my first time there and after they didn't even try to make it right, I'm beyond disgusted with this business. read more
