I was very excited to go as i thought there would be Chinese hotpot but it was not the case (my mistake of course). Instead you will find a choice of "italianized" Chinese recipes according to the words of the waitress to my Chinese friend who was surprised of how much names of dishes look more like a Chinese restaurant in the US than one in Shanghai... So let's say that it is not very typical Chinese at all but more dishes with a Chinese flavor but cooked for European palates.
That being said, the dishes we had were quite tasty, but too salty and this is why i give only 3 stars. We had some rice cakes, some duck (very good! but again too salty), some shrimps and some vegetables. The dinner was good and pleasant but nothing outstanding. And as my Chinese friend, i was a bit disappointed not to find something closer to what i had in China.
It is quite cheap: 10 euros each for all that.
Ah, on the menu you can also find a large choice of Thailand dishes.. i have to say i always find weird in a Chinese restaurant to have so much choice from other countries - i always wonder how the Chef can be able to cook so many stuff and from very different countries. my pessimistic answer is: he can cook all these but not all these really good. read more
