Authentic Chinese food in a no-frills setting
On the way to Florence Airport, we decided to stop in Prato for Chinese food. My traveling companion is Chinese and we were both "pasted-out" after a week of carbs.
There are many Chinese restaurants in the factory town of Prato, catering to the 40,000 Chinese residents. We tried this one because it had the most reviews on yelp.
The "ravioli" are dumplings- ours were steamed chicken and very good- not greasy at all.
Ma Po Tofu was flavorful and moderately spicy, and the steamed veggie dish had some lovely tree ear mushrooms.
