I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 20 years, ever since my kids were little. We've always loved the food, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We recently ordered two family meals: potato beef and string bean chicken. In the past, I had asked if I could double the potato beef, but I was told that wasn't allowed, so I understood and ordered the family meals as they were. When we got home 7/17/26 night, we discovered we had received four orders of string bean chicken and no potato beef. Thankfully, my kids checked the receipt and pointed out that I had actually ordered correctly. The receipt showed potato beef, but someone had crossed it out and replaced it with string bean chicken. I've added photos here.' Thinking it was an honest mistake, my husband went back the next day to ask if they could make it right. The front staff said they needed to check with the owner. Unfortunately, the owner refused and claimed that I had ordered four string bean chicken dishes. That simply isn't true. It also doesn't make sense because I had previously been told I couldn't double the potato beef in the first place. More importantly, I have the receipt showing that my original order was correct before it was altered. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don't understand is refusing to correct a mistake and making a long-time customer feel like they're being dishonest. After more than two decades of supporting this restaurant, it's incredibly disappointing to lose a loyal customer over what would have been a simple fix. It wasn't about the money--it was about customer service and standing behind your business. My advice to anyone ordering here: check your order carefully before you leave. Make sure the food matches both what you ordered and what's on your receipt. We truly loved this restaurant, but after the way this situation was handled, we won't be returning. Not fancy, not modern, not quite a hole in the wall - but it is consistent and reliable. We recently visited (have been here about 5 times), and noticed that the menu is slightly different, and ordering has changed (they used to have walk up kiosks). I miss the squid ink dim sum. My partner is pescatarian, so we got all non-meat friendly dumplings. The shrimp, shrimp and a vegetable combo one, taro cake, and fried veggie dumplings. All were consistent, flavorful, and hit the spot. The chili sauce is a great pairing - it could be a bit more saucy, though, so I can sop up that juice with the dumpling. :-) The dessert dumplings are great! Bigger than I expected, too. Pandan, egg, and taro are my favorite - but when you get the sampler, they all taste great together. One of these days I'll go back and try their noodles - but we always visit for their dim sum. read more

Ordered on the kiosk and the printer was out, so I did not get a receipt. The food that I received did not look like the photos on the kiosk. I was disappointed by the pork belly because it was a bit overcooked. The lady who helped me was nice and they have seating both inside and two small tables outside. read more

He picked the spot, I just had to look at the menu. I hadn't had soup in a while, so decided to try the wonton soup. It had a good amount of meat and seafood and a few veggies - mushrooms, spinach. As expected, the wontons bloomed so the wrappers were very water logged and separated from the filing. That didn't really bother me as this always happens when I get wonton soup takeout. I just wish restos would separate the dumplings like most do with the noodles in noodle soup. Taste wise, I found this a little salty. Maybe due to a bit too much MSG? Don't get me wrong, I love MSG. I grew up with it. But sometimes, it can be a lil too much. I did try to balance it with a bunch of white pepper I had at home. Based solely on the wonton soup, I'd rate this in the middle. A-OK. I really was excited to try Fu Kee. We went for lunch and ordered the Orange Chicken with Fried Rice, Mongolian Chicken with White Rice and an order of Bok Choy Shrimp Dumplings . It is counter service restaurant , and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. It's a very clean restaurant, with lots of seating. Was craving some sort of Chinese food and saw this place in a nearby plaza. Didn't know what to expect but figured they would have some variety. I ended up getting the Mongolian beef plate for dine in. Staff was nice and service was quick! I always get the potatoe beef when I come here. It's usually very good. I haven't been here in awhile so I don't know if they changed the recipe or if the one that was made for me today was just not made as carefully. It was very peppery, had a strong pepper seasoning flavor. It was also mostly potatoe which I was expecting because how some restaurants are these days but was hoping that wouldn't be the case. Prices have unreasonably skyrocketed and servings have been reduced which I kinda get but I asked for a small side of sauce with my food, I was yelled at by the woman managing this store and refused this small request. This woman was an extremely rude person with an ugly attitude and even acknowledge that she knew I was a regular customer yet denied my request. I have brought Eddie Money, Christopher Cross, members of Toto, many other touring artists, friends, relatives, and immediate family but today is the last time I go in that place. I used to love this place. The food was delicious and they had lots of vegetarian options. Visiting town, I was so excited to order delivery from them and enjoy that tasty tasty vegetarian food. Until I chomped into some chicken and realized they fed me real meat, not fake meat. I drove to the restaurant and verified: yep, that was real meat. In about 45 minutes I'm going to be very sick. This is a cozy restaurant for small parties of up to four, unless you put tables together. The restaurant serves a special meal of large rice, choice of one of two appetizers, and choice of two main dishes out of many choices for $32. We ordered an additional egg roll appetizer, the egg rolls were crunchy, with lots of vegetables. We enjoyed both main dishes, with food to spare for another future meal. This place is actually decent. I order from them Thru door dash a lot. I usually get the steamed white rice and the Tofu in garlic sauce. I don't recommend asking for too much custom stuff as they may neglect this (e.g. garlics on the side). I've also dined in with my wife and Izzy (2 1/2 year old) a few times. It was so dry from being under the heat lamp or microwavedit it too long! I ordered an hr before to give them time to prepare it. It was ready in 15 mins! So of course it wasn't fresh. What a waste of $17! I should have gone to one of those Chinese BBQ places, like Tai Pan instead! Regarding the picture of the the chicken.
