I am on a fixed budget and needed an upgrade. The thing that I appreciated about Neil is that he is willing to work with you based on your budget and needs. You just have to communicate, open up a working dialogue, and hear out all the options. Neil found me a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad with all the right features and software. He could have also sourced me a new gaming laptop with the best speeds and processing power but of course- out of my budget. If you get to know Neil, you realize he does care about his clients and wants to make things right. So far I am satisfied with my laptop computer and if I run into an issue I can always call him and he'll do his best to help - obviously within reason.

Even the HDMI message disappeared after I checked and double-checked all my cables and connections. I took my desktop tower to Central Computers, not knowing whether the monitor, the cables or the computer were at fault.
