They…read morerequested I find out more info about the materials of the wall so I reached out to our builder. While I waited to hear back due to the person I needed the info being off, Boulder Home Theater reached out and said "Upon further consideration and review from the owner we are not comfortable putting a recessed box in that location. It's too much of a liability for us the scope of this project mainly for any tile damage and not knowing what's behind--and possible heat-leak up from the fireplace. If this was a normal standard drywall wall setup not above the fireplace, we would have no issues quoting that." This even before I was able to let them know what the materials and wall type were and it's an electric fireplace with the ability to have the heat turned off which I let them know prior to this response. If they can't even wait for my response on the materials or work with me on the install but just say you aren't worth the hassle, well that isn't a company I would want to work with when it comes to installing TV's. They were also priced higher before this then the numerous other companies I received quotes for. I had several jobs I was planning over the coming months but will take my business elsewhere.

Good afternoon, We…read morespoke briefly over the phone today, and you sent Drew to our house to do the ceiling light fixture install that we discussed. Fine work. A fine young man. What I did was remover a ceiling fan and deloped a means to hang an arts and crafts ceiling light and shade. While my work, to develop a means to hang what was a lamp Arts and Crafts lamp shade, to use a ceiling light, in the process I miss-wired and developed a short, hence the call to you. I also wasn't fully OK with my system to hang the heavy'ish shade, that once was a lamp shade. Hence the call to your shop. Drew did a great job of both checking and fixing the wiring problem, but also developing a sturdier means to attach the inverted lamp shade. Drew is a skilled, polite and steady person, with both good working skills, and good people skills. Regards, -- Fr. Steve Steve Karcher, M.Div., JD Cell 254-383-0444

I used their service in the past and it was satisfactory. They quoted me a number to come out…read moreagain to do a more comprehensive job and I agreed to the price and time. They were supposed to come out on two separate occasions to clean our windows and never showed or even called on both! Their conduct was both unprofessional and quite rude. The very least they could have done was to just pick up the phone and let me know that they had decided not to do the job or reschedule for another time. This conduct inexcusable and very unprofessional. I contact them in both cases and the first time the excuse was plausible. The second no show time the excuse was not realistic and obviously made up. I was curtly told that he would check on why the crew did not show and get back to me and he hung up immeditally after that statement. The "crew" consisted of the father and son! He would then not accept any calls until I called from another number. Again, rude and curt with no real excuse. After calling back a few other times and directly going into voice mail I gave up and decided to go this route. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

A couple things that make these guys stand out from all the other solar providers I took bids from:…read more Progreen Solar doesn't have one system they are trying to push; they had recommended panels they offered me information on, but I could find and pick my own brand and style if I wanted. I called them more than a few times with questions about their preferred panels, and also with questions about panels from other companies. They were able to answer all my questions about their offered panels, and even did extra research about 3rd party panels when they didn't know the answer right away. I never felt rushed or pressured to sign a contract. They worked with me over a period of time and earned my business. The install was quick, well communicated, professionally done and highly customizable. I really like the skirts that some providers offer, and I inquired about them from Adam; his response wasn't a yes or no, but "O yeah I like those too, there are multiple types so lets talk about them and pick what you like." I don't know of any solar company, other than Progreen Solar, that is willing to work with a homeowner to design and build a system the homeowner loves. 100% would recommend over any company in the market.

The water softener was installed a couple of weeks ago and yesterday it flooded my basement. I dealt with the flooding because they could not help over the holiday. Next day, while tech was here inspecting everything, he said to use the non-GFCI in the other room with an extension cord to run everything, the GFCI in utility is now giving trouble. After he left, I followed up with some questions and was then told to NOT run any of it before an electrician or HVAC takes a look. Dangerous inconsistency, just disappoint me in the moment and tell me I am without A/C. Now I am dealing with a damaged electrical components and a downed HVAC system without any support because they THINK it was caused by the equipment and it was unavoidable for them - 30 day warranty sounds nice until something happens.
