I have used A New View Window Cleaning for a years and they do a great job. They very nicely coordinate my window cleaning right after my mother's so that she can head to my house and be there while they clean my windows since I often travel for work. The team communicates well, does a great job on the windows, and cleans up after themselves. We have them set on a routine schedule which comes with a discount, plus we don't have to remember to do anything. Their service is worth the price we pay. Thanks! read more

Very pleased with the results from our window cleaning service. They did a great job, were very prompt and courteous, and we actually paid less than what was previously estimated. We were so happy we're considering a maintenance plan. Thank you!!! read more

We live in Highland Meadow and for three years we've used New View for our windows. They always do a good, sparkling job. They came again today with three guys. Dominic was the lead man . I was impressed with their work and would give them a FIVE STAR rating.. read more

New view has been doing our windows and gutters for several years. We have consistently been impressed with the excellent quality of work. Along with that their employees are so nice and willing to help however they can. It's a pleasure working with a company that delivers this high quality of service. Thanks guys!!! read more

Easy to schedule, reliable, know what I'll be paying. Dylan and Trey took care of windows and very full gutters. They were meticulous in the cleaning. Prices were reasonable and office staff provided personable communication. read more

I have used this company now twice a year for over 2 years. They are always professional and do an excellent job. If they do not like how a window looks; they redo it! I thoroughly recommend them as I have had 2 of my neighbors now using them!! read more

Outstanding service. It rained a couple of days after they cleaned my windows and they returned to re-do a few windows. Nice weather guarantee. Will recommend them to all my family and friends. read more

We had a great experience with A New View Window Cleaning! They were very quick to provide an estimate and a get us scheduled. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. The cleaning itself was very thorough and spot free. Thanks to their weather guarantee for service plan members, we were able to have a few touch ups done at no cost after some weather rolled through. They couldn't have been more responsive. A great company to work with and we happily recommend! Connie K read more

I have used this company several times in the past and highly recommended them over and over again. Sadly, I cannot no longer recommend using A New View. They misrepresented how much their services would be and did not reveal that it would cost twice as much as I was quoted until they were here and had started cleaning the windows. I was quoted $149.99 for a cleaning in the month of February. I was told we would get deep discounts by signing up for 2 window cleaning sessions annually. I was also told that the February cleaning was 35% off regular pricing. A New View came out a couple of weeks ago to clean our windows. We were told that they could not clean our windows citing that there were things on the windows that required scraping and they did not have the tools necessary to clean the windows. We rescheduled for February 23rd and that is when we were told it was going to cost twice as much as we were originally quoted. Steer clear of A New View. They did reach out to try and end on a positive note - I am not sure how you can end on a good note with an experience like this. read more

I have used NewView a few times now and have been very satisfied. Guys are very courteous and on time. Windows looked great afterwards. Am very pleased with the service. read more

Very solid work on an older house with extra storm windows and terrible screens, and where the gutters hadn't been cleaned in ages. They simplify home maintenance for me. I've had my windows and gutters cleaned a couple times now, and have set up a recurring appointment. I get an email several weeks ahead of the preset day where it's easy to make a change, as well as a reminder call the day before. read more

The best!!! Perfectionist professional reliable timely! The most awesome staff ever!! Highly highly recommend. We've been using them for years!! Laurie and Tim read more

Buyer beware, if you have a two story house with a walk-out basement and you want all of your gutters cleaned, call someone else. A New View only cleans the gutters that are easy to get to. They neglected to tell me this when I booked their service. Silly me, when I booked the gutter cleaning service for $225, I assumed they would clean all of the gutters. Instead, when they were done, the guy said they only clean gutters that they can get to with their ladders, so they didn't clean a portion of our gutters, in our case, the portion of that needed to be cleaned the most. I won't be calling them back and I wouldn't recommend you choose them either. read more

I have been a customer for several years and would like to let you know that this year, 2 of my window screens were not replaced properly as they were broken. I was notified of this each time one of the screens could not be replaced and was told to get some sort of adhesive to repair them. I was not given any discount for this only offered a shabby "sorry" . The 2 young men that came to my home seemed only to be in a hurry. I wrote a complaint to the manager and heard nothing except for this request to give them a review. My review is: I will not be requesting their services again and would advise anyone looking for this service, to keep looking! read more

Excellent job on my window cleaning and the guys were very nice and professional. Had inside and outside as well as screens done, and the results are amazing. I live in the foothills and get some good wind gust that spread a lot of dirt. The overall brightness in the house has changed and I believe that has to do with the addition of having the screens cleaned. read more

Love this company, we're on a 2x a year schedule with once a year being a full service inside/out and screen cleaning...the other being just outside. This past Saturday Trey, Will and Jevon were our technicians and they did a fabulous job. They were a good mix of professional and friendly. I highly recommend New View for your window cleaning needs. read more

I am on A New View's plan which includes 4 cleanings per year at a discount. These guys have always been so professional and courteous. They wear masks and shoe covers in the house. The are very thorough with the cleaning. They are always on time. I love my window cleaning service, so I have had them power wash my house and clean my gutters, too. I highly reccommend them! A New View cleaned my windows yesterday and did a great job as always! I really appreciate the way the team took gentle care of my screens which have been temperamental in the past. They referred to their notes and prior experience with my house and worked with me to make sure everything was right before they left. Great work and kudos to the great customer service of the New View Window Cleaning team! read more

The windows they decided they could clean were beautiful. I was really disappointed they missed 3 windows on the N side of our home. Honestly I think they ran out of time and quit early- even though they charged me the full rate. When I expressed dissatisfaction they said it was a safety issue. Still doesn't really explain why they charged me the same rate as doing all the windows. I won't use them again. They would be fine if you have a new house with new windows. Not recommended for old homes Update- Hey Dan, I have an email chain regarding this that I believe you were copied on dated 6/15/18. Greg G responded saying it was a safety issue taking down old storm windows and it says I wasn't charged for those windows although I am fairly sure I paid what was originally quoted. (It's been awhile). I offered to pay more to have you come finish but I didn't get a response. It's ok- I found another cleaner. Thanks for responding after the Yelp review. I stand by my review, but the windows you washed I'd give 5 stars. read more

They called to confirm appt twice, and actually came early. They were very considerate in moving plants and furniture inside. The were very good at explaining what and why they did what they did, especially the "low-e" coating failure, and the use of filtered ionized water to prevent spotting. We were vey happy with the service, and recommend them to anyone. read more

A New View was out to our home this week to clean our windows and I can't emphasize enough how pleased I am with the job. The crew was friendly and respectful. The windows and screens were methodically and thoroughly cleaned. Please extend my gratefulness to the crew and your staff. A New View is a top-notch company. Thank you! read more

I've had mixed results. The first few times were good but the last time they arrived two hours late (I had to call them to see what was up). They left the hoses hooked up, and the screens and sills dirty. I talked to the owner who I felt was pretty defensive. They gave me one time to come out and finish. It didn't work for me and I was not offered another time. He also said I had fogging on several window. We know which they are, but he says that no matter what window I reference. He also said they would come in the spring for 1/2 price which is a good faith effort. I think following through on that and offering a time would be good business read more

The only 5 star part, was Trey. He was PROMPT, friendly, hard working, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. I'll give him a 10! The other person who was to help didn't show up for work. Same situation last time. When I made the appointment, I was quoted a definite price based on their records of our windows and what I wanted cleaned. It came to a hundred dollars more. When Trey got here to do the job (alone and not his fault), he said it included the basement but the three two-story family room windows were extra and so was all the screens. It took Trey 4 hours when it was scheduled for 2! All because some selfish person didn't have his back. Perhaps the pricing situation wasn't clearly explained to him or the office quoted me incorrectly but just beware when hiring for a job to be done. At least Trey did a fantastic job and he took his time. Good for him for showing up! He said he still had 3 jobs left that day and would be late to those. I sure hope those people didn't get upset with him. They didn't know the backstory. I'm sure I will give this company another chance. Things happen in business and that doesn't mean I will blacklist them. I don't do that. I hope anyone who reads this will give them a chance anyway. read more

I am so disappointed I our service. we called for a quote and they gave one over the phone for $265-285. When they got here they said it would actually be $444.00! They forgot a window, and when asked about some of the smudges and haze they just said "it's the best they can do." They said the film was from when we had our house painted a couple of years ago. I hired what I thought was a professional company that would have the right tools to do the job. My house is only 6 years old so the windows are in great shape! I would not have them again...just buy the Windex spray. your going to have some haze and streaks anyway. read more

The team at A New View did an excellent job on our windows and screens. They were prompt, friendly and got right to work. The price was very responsible and we couldn't have been happier. Called these guys, spoke to the owner of the company and gave me an appointment a week out. I admit, my windows were filthy. Great job on the windows and screens! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. read more

Promptly provided same day service at a fair price. I have a two story townhome with a large cathedral and multiple picture sized windows.
