Our second time here and this time it was a very bad experience. To begin with, we got there and there were NO clients waiting so we figured it would be a speedy service. Secondly, the people that got there right after us, got their food 15 minutes after ordering. Thirdly, we waited 35 minutes for our order. Lastly, when they bring our food out almost 40 minutes later, she says "we literally just ran out of ranch". Had we have gotten served on time, we would have gotten our ranch and not a not waited 40 minutes for food and no ranch. With previous experience with the restaurant industry, rule of thumb is, YOU ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS INSIDE YOUR FACILITY FIRST. I won't lie, I've had this place more times than I can count and it has always been my favorite chicken place in the metroplex but it's gone downhill FAST. I used to call my orders in and sure it would take longer than they said but the food was great so I didn't mind as much but now says they won't even answer the phone. Chicken was so inedible my wife just threw it away. I'm also pretty sure I cracked a tooth biting into my Philly cheese steak fries. I was even willing to call it a fluke and give them another shot if they refunded my order but I can't even get anyone to answer the phone which they probably can't even hear over the loud music. I literally had to yell to place my order at the counter. This place has always had the worst customer service which is a clear indication of even worse management. And now the food isn't even as good as it used to be if you can even call it food anymore. At this point I'd rather eat chicken from the freezer aisle. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to give them another chance. I really liked this place, what a shame. **UPDATE** My wife and I spent about an hour trying to get them to answer the phone and they didn't but I was in the area again for work so I went in person. Funny enough, the owner couldn't talk to me immediately because he was on the phone...can't make this stuff up.
