    Green Booster

I came here while I was waiting for a pick up nearby and wanted to kill some time. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a juice smoothie place here in Wheaton! I wish this place had more attention. The lady who attended me was very nice and quick with my order. I would try a smoothie bowl next time. My green booster was perfect as a light juice and very fresh.

10/10!! Delicious, fresh, friendly staff and a nice sitting area inside and out for a relaxing pit stop. Only hiccup I'd give it is if you make a pickup order and wait too long to pick it up, it may freeze a bit since it sits in the fridge/freezer until you pick it up. But could be a pro for some! Definitely one of my go to spots for breakfast/early lunch.

This place is a cute &simple spot if you want grab a yummy coffee or fulfilling smoothie. It's smells so fresh when you walk in. The person who assisted me was so kind. I ordered a small hazelnut cappuccino. I also sat outside and enjoyed the afternoon sun while sipping my coffee and I had my laptop with me to get some work done. Definitely a mood.

Amazing! I had to get prepared for the aftermath of my blood donation and my body loves an açaí bowl afterwards! I grabbed a coconut smoothie (5/5 tasty) and two smoothie bowls: the coconut bowl (I'm coconut crazy 5/5) and the pitaya bowl (5/5). The fruit was super fresh, cold and crisp. The smoothie base was pure YUM. I'd come here every day if I could! Paid parking via mobile apps: $.79 cents for 20 minutes. Tons of other eateries in the area to walk to. Just be careful. The area was a bit odd. I didn't exactly feel the safest alone. The cat calling was annoying. The following and talking to me as I left my truck was awkward. It's an area that I'd bring pepper spray to.

For one - it smells heavenly as soon as you walk in. It's a cute space, with chairs to sit down and enjoy your juice or coffee! I got a Beet Juice (beer, carrot, spinach, apple) - I added pineapple and ginger and it is delicious. The lady who made my juice was very sweet and was very patient with me as I decided what I wanted - the menu is robust - with every fruit option you can think of!! Try it out for sure

We got the fruit bowls and man were they good and filling. Very fresh fruit and yummy bases. As good or better than the name brand competitor (Playa Bowl). Support a local business and check this place out!

A lot of the Vietnamese places around here don't balance theirs well so I've been disappointed more often than not with these. I would order it again regardless of whether it's authentic. I also had a delicious cherry cheese danish. I love that it's very bright and well lit, and there's a good amount of seating that is fairly comfortable. (I'm not a fan of the trend to discourage people from staying long by making them super uncomfortable. So I was glad their stools were soft.) There is a good size parking lot nearby because of the Marc station, and when I came on a Friday morning around 9 there were a decent number of available spots across all the sections (2 hrs, 4 hrs, all day). I look forward to coming back when I have a quiet enough day to sneak away for a couple hours to work in public. (I promise not to squat too long if they're packed! But they weren't packed at all.)

The coffee/tea menu is comprehensive, they have Rishi chai (not that sweet Oregon hippie stuff), and the egg sandwiches and baked goods are awesome. The cinnamon scone was especially good and tasted homemade. I only wish they were open a little earlier and a little later. 7:30 to 2:00 every day. I could really use this sometimes at 6 am or later in the afternoon. It's a little out of the way off Connecticut Ave, the "other side of the tracks" from the Kensington train station. Maybe that's what keeps it so local. But worth seeking out--a real gem.

I recently picked up a small Lemon cake and a Strawberry cake from Morning My Day in Silver Spring…read more I was expecting a decent dessert; I wasn't expecting to be reminded that most other bakeries have been lying to us for years. The first bite was a bit of a shock to the system. It's one of those rare "Ratatouille moments" where a flavor profile manages to bridge the gap between Maryland and the legendary sponge cakes of Phoenix Bakery in LA. It's a bit of a trick, really--making something taste like a childhood memory without being cloying about it. The Breakdown: * The Sponge: It's exceptionally light. Biting into it is less like eating a dense dessert and more like biting into a sweetened, high-end pillow. It's airy, delicate, and possesses the kind of structural integrity that only a professional (or a wizard) could manage. * The Icing: A triumph of restraint. Instead of the usual sugary plaster one finds elsewhere, this is a light, white cream. It's sweet enough to let you know it's there, but it doesn't try to dominate the conversation. It's icing with a bit of dignity. * The Verdict: This is how cake ought to be. It's exquisite, technically brilliant, and far too easy to eat in a single sitting. If you appreciate a dessert that relies on craft rather than a massive dose of corn syrup, do yourself a favor and stop by. It's a legit bit of baking excellence right here in Silver Spring

Then six or seven people came in to order and he got pretty crowded in that small space. I loved my purple yam pasty. It was soft and fresh. I just wonder why my taro milk tea wasn't purple like the other one posted here. It was just OK; the tapioca bubbles were all clunked together. I had to get a straw to separate them.
