My friend and I both opted for the pitaya smoothie, as we were craving it in the Los Angeles heat. Unfortunately, the smoothie was overpowered by the taste of bananas. Quick, cheap, and healthy, right by the beach. Vegan options available. Wraps are $6 and come with sides. Salads are $8. Smoothies are $4 and $6. They have other goodies too, but those are the main offerings. I got the bbq tofu wrap with a side of sliced orange and a smoothie. I never realized that bbq tofu could taste so good. It was DELICIOUS!! They served a good amount of food, but it was also very light and fresh. Perfect for the beach. It's cash only, and there are only two tables out front. I didn't see any bathrooms. Acai bowls are dankkkkk....and priced so that I don't mind getting them every weekend right before I walk down to the boardwalk to watch the freak show that is Venice Beach. Anyways, the acai is a sorbet-like acai and comes with banana and granola - unless you opt-out but who would opt-out? I don't know either. Everything else is super healthy, organic, and probably really good. The chick I work with gets the wraps for lunch on the reg and has nice things to say. I don't like coffee but I'm told Groundworks next door is the jump off. Maybe do a little combo action. There are days where the people working are really really nice and everything is fast and tasty, and other days where I've gotten eye rolls and rudeness along with some freezer-tasting smoothies. Thats why it's really hard to give a straightforward review, because I think it depends who you come into contact with. I think they recently hired some new people, because this woman I had never seen before gave me some serious sass when they were busy and that really put me off this place. This is truly a Mom and Pop place with owners who give back as much as they can to the community. You may very likely meet them as they serve you their amazing treats. Get a meal or a snack and you will be satisfied. It's hard to find that much quality for such a reasonable price anywhere in LA, let alone in a high rent, touristy area. Somehow by sheer luck I stumble upon a tiny establishment that promises "healthy food" and has a credit card sign on the window. Then I review the menu - vegan options galore! Vegan patty, tofu, or mushroom wraps, build-your-own salads, vegan macaroni salad, veganaise, smoothies made with soy milk or coconut milk, wheat grass shots, ginger shots. And everything is super affordable! Whaaat?! I decided to order one of the "new" wraps not on the menu yet - a mushroom veggie wrap on spinach tortilla with veganaise & vegan mac salad. All for only $6. It was AMAZING! And filling! I love this place. If I lived in Venice I think I would go here almost everyday. Unfortunately I live in Hollywood & I rarely get out to Venice. I love the fruit gallery! This is my essential "smoothie stop" in Venice. Perfect pit stop on a bike ride. Yummy smoothies and fresh juices. This place is amazing. I'm a frequent visitor since I live on the block. I have always had friendly service and the food is fresh and delicious. I normally go with a spinach wrap or any of their juices. The chicken club or turkey pesto are my typical orders. They are quick than most boardwalk eateries that make it when you order it. This is not your normal Venice Boardwalk spot. They have that higher quality all the way around from cleanliness and service to food quality. I watched them make my food and they kept looking at me and laughing.
