32 Below Ice cream is located right next door to Dill's Deli with plenty of parking available…read more I just came by this ice cream parlor with my husband and our little girl dog this evening to celebrate her half birthday (she is 14.5 years old... As she gets older, I decided to start celebrating her half birthday). When we were walking towards this place after parking, we were surprised to see a few dogs (with their owners) walking out the door. That let's us know that 32 Below Ice Cream is dog friendly. When we walked in, we were greeted by two friendly employees behind the counter. One of the employees told us that they offer pup cups of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. My husband thought vanilla ice cream would be nice since she had received a puppucino from Starbucks yesterday. So that employee made one for her right away. I was really surprised how big the scoop was and also later finding out that it was free was really surprising. Then later on, after trying a few samples, we ended up getting the following for ourselves: Mountain Blackberry Revel, Kid Size, $3.50 prior to tax- I really liked the flavor of this ice cream. I think it is a vanilla ice cream with swirls of blackberry throughout. Butter Pecan, Kid Size, $3.50- I didn't have any of this but my husband liked it. He told me that he always likes to go with the classics. ---------------------------- (Total= $7.51 after tax, prior to tip) Because the employees were so great, my husband decided to give tip. We sat inside after we got our order, which was nice to be able to enjoy our ice cream inside instead of outside like we normally would do at other ice cream places that don't normally allow dogs inside. I really like the ski lift inside that is nice for a photo op. If I lived here, my dog and I would definitely be a regular.

I felt a bit guilty because it was covered in oozing coconut frosting with little coconut shreds on top. As soon as I got into my car, I sat there just thinking I would give it a taste. Then I decided I would eat only half and save the rest for later. And of course, I wasn't even able to do that and within a matter of minutes, it was gone, and I think I licked out the to go box. The next time I go back, I will most definitely get there much earlier, but I do realize I must ration myself or I will soon have to join Weight Watchers! The building was brightly painted, you can guess which color, any interior is quite fun. It's a cute little shop and if you love sweet rolls all sorts of unique flavors, you won't be disappointed!

Decided to treat myself this morning and boy was it a treat!!…read more The cinnamon rolls (yes I ordered more than one so I could try the different ones!) were fantastic. They were soft with each flavor working together without overpowering the combination of flavors. The icing was light and didn't taste sugary. Seriously I can't believe I ate a whole one and my story doesn't feel bad! Definitely will be one of my favs!!

The drinks are also very sweet and refreshing. They even gave us a sample of the shaved ice and it was so evenly textured throughout and sweet but not sickening sweet!! Unfortunately, over time we noticed a significant decline in both the quality of the cookies and the customer service. After several disappointing visits, we stopped going for about 6-8 months. We eventually decided to give them another chance, but after two more poor experiences, we made the decision not to return. Recently, my parents visited for the first time because my mom wanted to surprise our kids with cookies. Sadly, their experience only reinforced why we stopped going. The cookies were noticeably inconsistent in size and appearance, looked nothing like the quality you expect from Crumbl, and unfortunately didn't taste very good either. What was equally disappointing was hearing that the employee helping my parents seemed irritated by their questions and generally unhappy to be there. For someone's first visit, that's certainly not the experience you hope for. It's disappointing because this location started out so well. I hope Crumbl takes a closer look at the consistency, quality, and customer service at the Redding location. There is clearly a standard associated with the Crumbl name, and unfortunately, this location has repeatedly fallen short of it for our family.

The one employee was still wearing an apron that said Bober Tea. Their website (the Bober Tea website) showed a pandan drink that I wanted to try, but they no longer carry it. I wound up ordering a drink with taro foam that the self-serve kiosk said would come with fruity pebbles. When I asked the staff if I could get it without fruity pebbles, he replied that they stopped making the drink that way months ago. The interior had lots of empty space and not much seating available. There was a lip-shaped sofa that looked stained and entirely unhygienic, along with some swings that didn't seem very safely installed and were put up to prevent their use anyway. The donuts and drink were ok, but the rest of the business just seems like a complete train wreck.

It looked delicious and I was super excited to try it. I opened the package, and as I pulled it out there was a dark hair attached to the brownie. I definitely tried to give the benefit of the doubt, and figure out any other way this could've happened. But the package was completely sealed prior to me opening it, I had just washed my hands, and my hair is not dark. I immediately threw it all away. Super disappointing because it looked like it was going to be tasty! The back label does state, "Made in a home kitchen." While I do understand how these things can happen, it's still fairly gross and not something I'd like to experience again. On the plus side, I did see the hair before I'd taken a bite at least!
