Robert (Bob) Lang recently handled my office's renovation and I have nothing but highest praise for him and his team. He told me a couple times when some challenges came up, "there are no problems, just solutions". Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.

Had a shower valve thing (what you turn to turn water on) problem. Water would drip slowly even when shower was off. Seabrook has extremely hard water. I could not get what I needed to replace out, let alone broke the handle off trying to get it off as well. Couldn't turn the water back on to my house because from what I had done, water was squirting out. So water shut off to house on a Friday evening. Called the big local companies to get someone out ASAP. Hard to live with no water at all. No one could get out until Monday. $1000 to get someone out from either of the companies as this was considered 24 hour emergency service Searched in Yelp and came across this company. Talked directly to a man named Charlie. He listened to my explanation and came out early the next morning with parts he knew he would need to fix the issue. I called other places as well, who said they wouldn't be able to see what was wrong until 5 days from now and most likely we'd need to replace the entire heater. After a few hours, Mr. Laudani called back and in thirty minutes, his son came over, checked the hot water heater, and replaced the circulator vent. Honest, capable and reasonable. I really appreciated their commitment to good service on this cold winter day.
