Johnson Building and Construction was hired to build mu ocean front home. They took off with over…read more$100,000 and I have taken criminal charges out against them and have also filed a civil suit. They allowed permits I obtained to expire. Complaints were filed against Johnson Building and Construction and me by the EPA. I was remote and the lied straight to my face and told me they were working and in regular communication with the Town of Ipswich. They stiffed the two sub contractors that actually did anything - an excavator (partial job done only due to none payment) and a steel fabrication company. They also stole antique wood valued at in excess of $30,000. I am not the only one they have ripped off.
