The Thursday afternoon before the wedding the flower shop I bought flowers from said she knew Sarah and to just take the flowers to her ( but this was not what we discussed originally) I dropped the flowers off but the next I thought this isn't right so went back to tell Sarah I would do the flowers. When I did this angel Sarah said that it was ok and she could do the decorations and add the flowers. On the day of the wedding we picked up the cakes and she even helped us secure the cakes for the drive up a rough mountain road. When I say she went above and beyond...I truly mean that! There is also ice cream and a refrigerator case of goodies in addition to what's shown here, as well as various beverages you can purchase. I decided to splurge on a cherry cupcake, a cheesecake cookie with cherries, and a brookie. The total was around $12 or so, which was pretty reasonable. I took my treats back to the hotel to enjoy them while watching a show, and they were all delicious! Definitely satisfied my craving for something sweet after a long day. I think this place would be very fun for a date night or a small family outing during the day, presuming it's isn't busy inside as it seems like it can easily feel crowded. I'm not sure I've tried yak before but per Google, here are some of the benefits: "Yak meat is a healthy, lean protein that is lower in cholesterol and saturated fat than beef. It is also a more environmentally friendly option, since yaks require significantly less land and water than cattle. Ground yak meat is a versatile ingredient, and perfect for making burgers, tacos, meatballs, and more!" We each had the Yak steak sandwich with peppers and onions. Me being a former New Mexican, couldn't say no to a cup of the fresh green chile stew after asking about putting some on my sandwich. I'm very particular about French fries when I eat them; these were steak cut and had an amazing flavor. Margaret and the other folks operating the food truck were very gracious and nice to chat with. I learned that they've been around for about five years, and that Margaret is a baker by trade and later broke into the food-truck and catering business.
