My AC system gave up the ghost about a month, which here in Florida in June is a serious crisis. My aging system needed to be fully replaced but Keng couldn't get to it for a few weeks, which left me with a sputtering air conditioner that could go at anytime. Keng made it a point to patch the old system with a refrigerant boost whenever I needed it until I could get the new system in place. Luckily, I only needed to call him for that one time, but the fact that he offered it is an example of exemplary customer service. In the meantime, the new system is working great to keep the house cool and its quiet, and I didn't have to spend a ton. So, it was a great value on top of everything. We just had our semi-annual A/C system check up Clay did the check up. He was on time and everything was checked, adjusted/topped up as needed. We plan on continuing to use Frontline for regular six month check-ups because we know it is important to keep our system in top condition. It is much better to find little problems before they become big problems or notice the electric bill is high because the A/C is not operating efficiently.
