I originally called this company after my neighbors recommendation because I had a bad wasp problem. So bad, we didn't want to go outside. After getting estimates anywhere from $500-1000 from other companies, we tried to spray the roof ourselves with products bought at the hardware store. Of course it didn't work. Then we called bargain pest control. Really affordable, and I haven't seen a single wasp. I am so impressed with the customer service and quality of the service.

Rick was recommended to us by a family member, so we called him and he came out the next day. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He sat with me and explained what the bugs were doing and what he was going to do to fix it. He did the entire treatment and charged more then $500.00 LESS than what the previous company had said they would charge. It is very rare to find an honest business man, but Rick was completely honest and didn't try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He was very respectful, prompt, informative, and honest. I, personally, will be using him for all pest/termite related problems from now on. I HIGHLY recommend!!

My inspector was here today - another excellent report. He was, as always, very thorough, careful, knowledgeable and professional. I know him because they don't have a ton of turnover. Had inspector Dan for years (who I think retired); for the past couple of years it's inspector John, but same great service. Have used this firm through two houses and I've always felt they did a good job and treated me fairly.

They broke my attic stair and my outside walkway. They said that their contractor would make repairs but once they received the estimate they began telling me that the cost was too high. The machine providing the blown insulation broke outside the front of my house with insulation everywhere. They destroyed landscaping and just made a mess of everything. Now when you have an emergency, you're on your own. This was the coldest week of the year. I even called last week to say I was concerned about running low. They scheduled me for Tuesday which I didn't think was soon enough; I ran out Saturday night in 18-degree weather and high winds. Too bad. I had to call back the answering service after waiting until 2 am for a call back to be informed that they would get back to me in the morning and then was hung up on. Well, it's morning, still nothing. I tried to call, but nobody answers now. I presume she recognized my number. So, here's my recommendation: If you use AC&T, it's generally o.k., the drivers are great, the oil's pretty clean and you'll be o.k. most of the time but keep some K-1 on hand 'cause you might need it!
