I prepaid Dave for six months of monthly pest control service, but the service I received was…read moreextremely disappointing. On his first visit, he did not spray my backyard, even though I had specifically told him that gnats were biting my dogs' ears. I even sent him a video showing my dogs' ears twitching because of the bites. After repeated requests, he eventually returned and sprayed the backyard. He was supposed to come back in July for my monthly service, but he ignored my phone calls and text messages. When I finally told him I would seek a refund and pursue legal action if necessary, he came to my house that day. During that visit, my security cameras recorded him spraying my patio, pool, back door, hot tub, retaining wall, and even my butterfly bushes--but he never sprayed the backyard. He also failed to spray the side yard. When I confronted him, he admitted he had not sprayed the side yard but insisted he had sprayed the backyard. Instead of treating the backyard after I questioned him, he rolled up his hose and left. During our conversation, he also raised his voice, called me "crazy" and a "madman," and asked, "What is wrong with you?" This was not the first time he had spoken to me that way. I prepaid for six months of service, received only one scheduled treatment, and had to repeatedly ask him to address the areas that needed treatment most. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.

John climbed a ladder onto the roof and determined they were in fact gone, then he sealed the soffit and charged us accordingly. I would highly recommend this company. I'venotived over the years price increases and some cut back in service such as putting traps and baits which other Pest Companies provide. I have been tempted with other providers offering the same ormore services at lesser costs but the only freason we have kept Home Team is its technician for the area Karen who works diligently, is very pleasant and keeps homeowners informed. This service I notices someone else so should she leave, we may consider another firm that provides the "extras"we received but now don't. Always hard to understand when prices go up and services go down. So kudos to Karen who is excellent at her job. She represents the Compay well and I hope she is appreciated by them. The few times I have had to deal with the Home office its been hit of miss with customer service.

I would not trust this company as they put their techs above the customer. I would not recommend them due to their shady billing for services not performed and how they treat an excellent customer who just wanted good services.

Great experiences!…read more Used a few years ago for roaches and ants, mostly in rental properties. Pros - Very pleasant. Not rushed. Not expensive compared to the usual companies. More effective treatments. No stringing you along with repeat visits. Roaches: unlike the bigboys that you pay to have come repeatedly, have to empty cabinets, and the roaches die all over the place... his chemicals ended the roaches almost instantly, didn't have to empty anything, safe around animals, and didn't have to clean up roaches. On huge infestations (falling from ceiling), within 2 days there were no more live ones. So disgusting, and solved so quickly. Ants too: detected, found nest, got rid of. I didn't even know what's what the property had. He showed me the sawdust with body parts that's evidence of them.
