Chance came and took care of the problem and assured me that the nest of "yellow jackets" who somehow had made their way into the wall would be eliminated. He explained that the type of chemical used would kill the adults but not the larvae. He is coming back in 2-3 weeks to continue treatment. If the residual pest control chemical doesn't kill the newly hatched "yellow jackets" the second chemical treatment will be applied. Chance also said it was just "bad luck" that the yellow jackets got into the house.

On his first visit, he did not spray my backyard, even though I had specifically told him that gnats were biting my dogs' ears. I even sent him a video showing my dogs' ears twitching because of the bites. After repeated requests, he eventually returned and sprayed the backyard. He was supposed to come back in July for my monthly service, but he ignored my phone calls and text messages. When I finally told him I would seek a refund and pursue legal action if necessary, he came to my house that day. During that visit, my security cameras recorded him spraying my patio, pool, back door, hot tub, retaining wall, and even my butterfly bushes--but he never sprayed the backyard. He also failed to spray the side yard. When I confronted him, he admitted he had not sprayed the side yard but insisted he had sprayed the backyard. Instead of treating the backyard after I questioned him, he rolled up his hose and left. During our conversation, he also raised his voice, called me "crazy" and a "madman," and asked, "What is wrong with you?" This was not the first time he had spoken to me that way. I prepaid for six months of service, received only one scheduled treatment, and had to repeatedly ask him to address the areas that needed treatment most. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.
