He said he would come today, May 20th, to do a starling stopper and clear everything out. He also said he would contact me the evening beforehand to confirm a time. I contacted him May 16th to see if he could come earlier because I have bugs dropping out of the vent due to the starling nest: No response. I contacted him again on May 19th to be sure he was coming again the next day, because the situation is extremely bad: No response. It is the end of the day on May 20th, and he did not show up. He did not attempt to get back to me in anyway. I prepaid for a (small) portion of what should have been today's fix, and I now have a full blown bird mite infestation instead.

We had an invasion of bird mites in our third story bedroom. To eradicate the problem, the birds' nests needed to be removed from the exterior crevices they were hidden in. Our pest control company told us about S&S. Rick spotted the nests. He used a 40-ft ladder to reach them, and found all sorts of nest material from previous years!
