We had an invasion of bird mites in our third story bedroom. To eradicate the problem, the birds' nests needed to be removed from the exterior crevices they were hidden in. Our pest control company told us about S&S. Rick spotted the nests. He used a 40-ft ladder to reach them, and found all sorts of nest material from previous years! After cleaning out the crevices, he made beautiful repairs and sealed the area from other birds. Noticing other vulnerable spots at the front and side of the house's third floor, he sealed those too. The job total even came in lower than his original estimate. We are so pleased!
