A couple garage outlets went out and I had a feeling it was GFCI outlet related but the only GFCI outlet in the area still had power so I dismissed it as a possibility. Turns out that the power going to it was good, but the power coming off the outlet was bad. We should have thought to replace it ourselves first and would have saved $200 but that's our stupidity. After another company said it would be a week before they could come out, my husband called Frontline and they said someone could come out at 4pm the same day. But around 2:30, I got a call from David M. saying he could be here early. He arrived (with his mask on) and figured it out pretty quickly and connected a new GFCI happened to already have handy. He was quick and very respectful and explained how that can happen sometimes, and most people don't realize that possibility. Well now I know. Lee immediately problem solved my electrical issues, had to redo dangerous wiring in my bathroom vent ( done by the previous contractor) and finished the job in a honest and very professional manner. Starting with Gary Whitehead who helped educate me on what was needed and what options existed, to Ricci Romano, Frankie Amesquita and David Makela who did the work. They were all punctual, professional and took time to explain to me what was needed and why to ground the hot, cold and gas lines, how to engage PG&E and what else was needed to pass the Contra Costa County permit inspection. Very interesting experience. Late Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend, a portion of the electrical service in our house went out. I called FES, explained the problem and received a call back within 10 minutes. The owner asked me to take several pictures of the circuit breaker panel. He called back shortly after I sent him the picture and asked about one particular breaker that he said was off. Having reset breakers before and having reset all the breakers on the whole panel prior to calling, I was surprised that I had indeed missed turning one back on. Just used this company for the first time. Perfect service. I wanted a wired smoke detector installed in my sons room since the other one had malfunctioned the day before. They had availability three days out. I mentioned that I was nervous because it was in my son's room. For hours, in 100+ degrees in Fairfield today, we lost power and my boyfriend could not reset the circuit in the garage and there was no way we could not make it through the night with no AC or no fans.... oh, and today is Father's Day. I couldn't believe how fast he arrived. The fix was minor.
