The wife always regretted me selling the 4Runner and wanted a replacement for it. To my surprise, this dealer had a TRD Off Road for about $38k, a decent discount off of MSRP. The TRD OR is probably the most popular model, and was shocked they discounted this without any hassle. And it was in a dark gray that I liked. I emailed them and someone promptly called me back. We discussed the situation and they allowed me to purchase the truck from California. They do it all the time since they're right at the border. I contracted with a car transport broker and the dealership handled the logistics from there. Fairly easy transaction. A few hiccups with paperwork and a headache at the local DMV. But, it was still worth it at the end of the day. Fast forward to the madness of late 2021 early 2022. I can sell this puppy for over $5k more than I paid. How crazy!

I purchased a used car 1+ years ago, there were a few issues needing attention and I called to ask…read morefor an exception to be applied to the normal "As Is" type sale, since I felt some of the problems were overlooked in error. My call was not returned. When I made a personal visit, I met with the sales manager, who was genuinely concerned about the experience I had. He was a little upset that some items slipped through their regular inspection routines before going out the door and was asking why I didn't bring the car back. At about the time I was explaining that I had in fact called, the salesman that took my call stopped by his desk and told him I had indeed called, and that my call was forwarded to the service department but again, there was a breakdown in communications. The sales manager immediately ordered a loaner brought up to the office (brand new) and insisted I leave my car with them. This dealer proceeded to not only fix my complaints, but found other items needing a little attention and made ALL repairs at NO CHARGE, and even threw in a car wash. I am now convinced their intent was pure, they don't want something going out the door if it ain't right. One other thing.....the service writers get 5 stars, especially Daniel. He was very patient with this crusty old man, and a big thank you to Neil, the sales manager. I'll be back when we wear out the one we got.

Had a 2 piece drive line repaired for my 82 F350, 3 new u joints, new carrier bearing, fixed my…read morebent shaft (which was a result of me driving hard in the woods hauling many cords of wood for years on end until I snapped the ear off the yoke!) They welded on a new yoke, balanced the entire drive line, painted the entire drive line with a high quality silver auto paint making the entire thing look brand new, added a new shaft in place of the bent one, and pressed the two pieces back together for me so I didn't have to hassle with it. Spot on for what they quoted me which was $415. A brand new setup was going to cost me all over $650. I saved $200 and didn't have to spend an entire day or more doing it with inadequate tools. Not to mention the balanced the entire thing for me. I was stoked to save money and get great service from Larry and the team. Thanks guys highly recommend them to anyone local needing drive line repair. Will go there again if I ever need quality mechanic work!

Needed a carrier bearing replaced. Was told I was getting a Spicer brand replacement. Had the work…read moredone and as soon as I left the lot it was making howling noises. Asked to have them look at it. Was treated pretty rudely by the front desk lady's like I was an inconvenience to them. Whatever. Took it back after noticing a bolt was missing out of my driveline and the drive line was heavily sagging in the carrier bearing. Asked if that was normal and was told yep totally normal. So I had to take to someone else who looked at it and showed that we could rock the driveline back and forth at least an inch in all directions and was told it shouldn't budge more than maybe 2000ths of an inch at most. Had then look it up to find that they used the cheapest alternative not the Spicer. So forked out more hard earned money and had a Spicer installed and would you believe it it doesn't move at all in the carrier bearing. Avoid this place at all cost. They clearly can't count to 4 when installing bolts and must be blind and incompetent to tell a customer that it's normal your driveline flopping around when you drive. This place is a joke. If I can I will post a picture to prove it​
