We had an electrical issue in our RV and my husband went to Courtesy Auto & RV Center and spoke to Jon. There were several problems noted and he was assured they would be taken care of through our warranty. The king sized mattress, supposed to be an upgrade, was missing. An employee ran down to a Big Lots and picked up a mattress. Obviously not the upgrade we paid for. We dealt with them for a year and never resolved most issues. They never called us, we called them. Always got the same story. They claimed parts were ordered. Finally I contacted manufacturer and they said parts were not ordered. So disappointed in the treatment we received from this dealership. Needless to say, two years out and we are upside down and still living with imperfection.

Called to say I was coming to pickup trailer so without signing a work order or giving my permission to work they quickly work on trailer before I could get there to pick it up. I had them replace my wheel bearings and on the way to our last camping trip it appears that either the wheel bearing failed or was not installed correctly. I have given them a change to work with me on it and I get no call back. I will not be taking my RV back to them and I do NOT recommend them to anyone. I am grateful to be alive and that that wheel that came off did not kill someone.

I've had good customer service when reserving a trailer and having questions answered before hand. Both from professionally acting women. Unfortunately, i recently reserved a trailer for a one way trip and when I went to pick it up they had rented to someone else already. They told me I was suppose to pick it up at 11am that morning. I was never contacted to schedule this pick up time and would not have been able to leave my work to get it anyway. Also, after talking to other Uhaul representatives in a not so nearby town, they said with one way rentals they don't schedule times to pick up because the trailer is rented for a 3 day period. The employer there had two things to say " they were supposed to have called you" and "there is nothing we can do bro, you were supposed to be here at 11am to pick it up". Maybe it's an age thing but I feel they rented it out from under me. The Uhaul in Medford saved me, although it cost me a 150 mile round trip and $30 in gas to pick up the trailer. So be cautious, you don't know what you'll get here.
