I've had good customer service when reserving a trailer and having questions answered before hand. Both from professionally acting women. Unfortunately, i recently reserved a trailer for a one way trip and when I went to pick it up they had rented to someone else already. They told me I was suppose to pick it up at 11am that morning. I was never contacted to schedule this pick up time and would not have been able to leave my work to get it anyway. Also, after talking to other Uhaul representatives in a not so nearby town, they said with one way rentals they don't schedule times to pick up because the trailer is rented for a 3 day period. The employer there had two things to say " they were supposed to have called you" and "there is nothing we can do bro, you were supposed to be here at 11am to pick it up". Maybe it's an age thing but I feel they rented it out from under me. The Uhaul in Medford saved me, although it cost me a 150 mile round trip and $30 in gas to pick up the trailer. So be cautious, you don't know what you'll get here.

I wanted a Kubota. The "local" Kubota dealer (40 mi away) was my 1st stop. I gave them my parameters and my budget. Over 2 months they gave me quotes that were too high and not close to what I wanted. They weren't truthful with me and tried to only sell me what THEY had in their stock. I was driving north on Inst 5 with my wife, discussing my frustration when she said, "... well, are they the only Kubota dealer?" On a whim, she Googled Kubota dealers near me. Up popped Nor Cal Tractor Sales ... (these guys are all part of the same company) ... in Redding CA and they were 10 mi ahead and right off the highway. We walked in, dressed for "Lake Time" and their sales rep (Kris B) was immediately accommodating. I told him my saga and what I had been looking for. Model numbers etc. That's where I learned I'd been misdirected. Kris pointed out the models I was asking about were older and no longer available. They didn't even have them in their rental fleet any longer. Then he showed me the new model ... the one the other guy told was so new they couldn't even get one for 6 mos. ... he had 4 of them. I had given him my budget already, remember? He came in $4k under!!! Then ... cherry on top ... he delivered it for $200!!!

I can buy and tow a gooseneck trailer without this A license. They're open a 1/2 day on Sat and closed Sunday, not a smart move if you're in the rental business. Ironbull is overkill for most towing, their trailers are nearly double the weight of most adding unnecessary wear and tear to your vehicle. they're also undersized (width/length) without a winch.

This review is for 2301 S Mt Shasta Blvd location. I made…read morereservation for 1-way 10 foot truck 1,5 months in advance. They lied to me about my reservation for over a month, I kept asking them if my truck is going to be ready one month before the pick up date, and keeps visiting them every week to confirm my reservation. A day before the pick up date they still told me that my truck is ready for tomorrow. Well is was not!!! This is not even the half yet. So, he tells me he found one 10 foot truck 9 miles away for me at above location in 420 Alamo Ave, Weed, CA. So I call them to double check that info, they tell me NO, they don't have any truck like that, So as you see the lies just keep on coming from U-Haul Mount Shasta location. Later that day I learned that he gave my 10 foot truck to another customer who was driving to a further away destination. Moreover, they are proud to tell everyone how much money they make from Marijuana's dealers who rent their trucks a lot. Nothing to be proud of buddy :)
