***Review From 2/5/2019*** I was heading home from Bend to…read morethe San Francisco Bay Area with my 20ft car trailer loaded with a car in tow when I lost trailer brakes. Being that a storm rolled through that previous weekend the roads from Bend down towards to OR/CA border were still icy and not ideal to be towing without trailer brakes. I had stopped in Crescent, OR at a repair shop that diagnosed the problem and referred me down to Frontier since they would not be able to get the needed parts for up to a day. I called ahead to Frontier and let them know my situation, I was not going to arrive until almost their closing time but they said come on down! Upon arrival they were prompt to rechecking the truck and trailer to confirm what was needed. They pulled both the truck and trailer into the shop and got them dialed-in in no time! I do most all of my own servicing and repairs on all of my vehicles so I was out of sorts letting someone else work on them, but between their honesty, knowledge, and person-ability they earned a customer that day. I was a little afraid of what the repairs might cost since I was genuinely at their mercy for making a safe trip home, but they were beyond fair and even went above and beyond to make some other adjustments and repairs on the trailer to ensure I got home safely. I do not recall everyone's names who helped out, but thank you again to the whole team there at Frontier Trailer Sales & Service! Whenever I am in the neighborhood next and in need of anything, I will not think twice about coming back.

There were several problems noted and he was assured they would be taken care of through our warranty. The king sized mattress, supposed to be an upgrade, was missing. An employee ran down to a Big Lots and picked up a mattress. Obviously not the upgrade we paid for. We dealt with them for a year and never resolved most issues. They never called us, we called them. Always got the same story. They claimed parts were ordered. Finally I contacted manufacturer and they said parts were not ordered. So disappointed in the treatment we received from this dealership. Needless to say, two years out and we are upside down and still living with imperfection.

I've had good customer service when reserving a trailer and having questions answered before hand. Both from professionally acting women. Unfortunately, i recently reserved a trailer for a one way trip and when I went to pick it up they had rented to someone else already. They told me I was suppose to pick it up at 11am that morning. I was never contacted to schedule this pick up time and would not have been able to leave my work to get it anyway. Also, after talking to other Uhaul representatives in a not so nearby town, they said with one way rentals they don't schedule times to pick up because the trailer is rented for a 3 day period. The employer there had two things to say " they were supposed to have called you" and "there is nothing we can do bro, you were supposed to be here at 11am to pick it up". Maybe it's an age thing but I feel they rented it out from under me. The Uhaul in Medford saved me, although it cost me a 150 mile round trip and $30 in gas to pick up the trailer. So be cautious, you don't know what you'll get here.

We found the trailer that we wanted but the local dealer did not have one in stock, so to the Internet we went. We found the exact trailer we wanted at All RV Needs in Klamath Falls Oregon. I was cautious to begin with but found out that that was not necessary. We just wanted a 19 foot Travel Trailer, a little over $21,000. We made the arrangements with Salesman Steve Cosand ( the guy in the Hawaiian Shirt ). Everything easy, up front , no games just friendly helpful information. We drove to Klamath Falls from Carson City and we noticed as we drove onto the lot a sign said this was a no haggle zone ( or words to that effect ). They advertise low no haggle prices and boy do they mean it. The price for our trailer was a few thousand less than our local dealers lowest price. We have purchased four trailers, big and small, and so many new cars that we lost count. Never and I mean Never has a transaction been more pleasant. Everyone there treated us like royalty. Jon Delarosa, the Service Manager, was so helpful and friendly, personally making sure that everything we asked for was done and a load leveling anti sway hitch we brought with us installed. I am sorry to say I lost the names of the men doing the hitch installation and the walk thru but they were also great. We were treated like we were there to buy a $200,000 rig. We were just buying a little Lite Travel Trailer yet everyone treated us like royalty. Neil Zingg, the General Manager handled the finance portion of our transaction. No games, no pouring water over fabric to sell you a expensive Scotchgard treatment or $1,200 wax job. Just smiles and letting you know what is available but with no push or hassle. Just a smooth pleasant transaction. You can not go wrong here, period.

He was able to ID the motor from pictures I sent to him. He promptly responded with the information I requested. Although their shop does not work on this old of a motor, he gave me the name of a good contact. Ben was courteous and very knowledgeable. I may not require the services of River Marine in the future, but would recommend them based on their willingness to help me.
