We had an electrical issue in our RV and my husband went to Courtesy Auto & RV Center and spoke to Jon. Jon told my husband that he would drive by to evaluate the problem after work... he did come as he said and he fixed the problem!.. Courtesy Auto & RV Center, the guy is a keeper. We bought our 2017 Forest River trailer, brand new, from Courtesy. I am certain we paid top dollar, but it was the floor plan we wanted. My husband picked it up after a walk through. There were several problems noted and he was assured they would be taken care of through our warranty. The king sized mattress, supposed to be an upgrade, was missing. An employee ran down to a Big Lots and picked up a mattress. Obviously not the upgrade we paid for. We dealt with them for a year and never resolved most issues. They never called us, we called them. Always got the same story. They claimed parts were ordered. Finally I contacted manufacturer and they said parts were not ordered. So disappointed in the treatment we received from this dealership. Needless to say, two years out and we are upside down and still living with imperfection. read more

Went there to buy a part at 5:01pm apparently they close at 5. Employee said that they were closed and wouldn't sell me the part as I was in the store. Been a Klamath resident my whole life and won't ever buy anything, including a new trailer, from them. On a positive note, drove down the road to Frontier RV and the employee was more than happy to go inside and sell me what I need. Frontier will be my go to from now on. read more

Completely honest review: We had called to get pricing on having our toy hauler resealed. They quoted $450-$550. Upon bringing in the trailer, my husband asked " Now that you have seen it are we still on budget for $450-$550?" They had told us yes. Still between there. We had called them after it had been there a couple of days ( which they said it would take a day..no biggie to us as we were in no huge rush to get it back. ) My husband asked about them possibly replacing a part, but if they could get us a price on it first. The receptionist said yes, they would call us back that day with a price. No call back. Days go by, we call again to check on trailer and ask AGAIN are they still on budget of $450-$550? We are told, YES, still looking good and they will call us if anything changes. Also, still no call about the part. Husband calls back again to check on the trailer, and the part. The receptionist says they should be finishing up probably that day. Once again my husband wants to verify it will be between $450-$550 and she says YES, still looking good. He asked once again about the part, and she said she will check on that and call him back...NO CALL AGAIN. Another day goes by and we are told the trailer is done, they REPLACED THE PART without ever calling us, and the cost for everything is $704. I do not understand why it is so hard to find honest, quality businesses in todays world. We are an extremely understanding couple, all we expect is honesty. If they would of told us from the start that it might be looking like a little more, we would of been totally fine. THE FACT that we had to keep calling them, and they repeatedly told us we were STILL ON TRACK FOR $450-$550 and then replaced a part without our permission, then charging us $155 more. Unacceptable. I will be letting everyone we know not to ever use this company EVER. read more

These guys are amazingly helpful! We rolled in the an electric brake problem and they took care of us quickly and cheerfully super service.

Wow! How are people so horrible! Bought an RV from this place took it right to storage the weather turned bad so my husband went and checked on it and it had literally fallen apart. We took it back to Courtesy RV told them we will not except a putty job. We didn't hear back from them so about a month later I went down there sure enough they puttied it and put it outside. I said NO not exceptable! They said sorry ma'am ( apparently forgetting my name) nothing we can do. My husband came by a week later to get it and noticed it had been hit. Matt the service manager denied that happened until my husband found the broken plastic from it embedded in the ice one the ground. Matt apologized and said he would get it fixed including the putty job they did it was also coming apart again. One week goes by and I get a phone call if you don't come and get your 5th wheel TODAY we will be charging you $25 a day. I said but my husband is out of town sorry lady no exceptions. We went on Sunday to get it & guess what? Yep they blocked it in. Still wasn't completely fixed. read more

Aug 2019 - We had been shopping for an RV for awhile & went to several dealers. We heard about Courtesy RV's Summer Sale & decided to check them out. We talked to two salespeople & the new General Sales Mgr Bud. They were all very helpful & patiently answered all our questions. After an employee authorized me to drive my new motorhome 200 miles to the dealership for repair work, another employee told me they only repair what they sell. So, 400 miles at 7 mpg for nothing, thank you Courtesy for nothing. It would be nice if all employees were on the same page. read more

Sales staff friendly and courteous but did give us incorrect information regarding chassis service on the motorhome. We were able to meet and chat with the owner too and he seems pretty down to earth and friendly however that doesn't do much for his service department. We had several issues with our motorhome after purchase in the spring last year and some of the issues were to be addressed immediately and others were going to take a bit more time because of having to go through the manufacturer. The service department was horrible; the follow-up was terrible. As of January this year, we never had answers, returned calls, or any correspondence; no resolutions were ever made. We felt that once we signed the contract and drove away, we got no support...it was all phony concerns, promises with no follow-through. Too bad there aren't more choices in our small town and so much for supporting our local businesses. read more

At signing I found the numbers to be confusing and was told don't worry about the numbers, that they had added the accessories and service contract into it and I trusted them, so I did not do the right thing and signed. When I got home I looked over the paper work and found they added another $1000 to the contract along with adding all of my accessories into the price, instead of showing that I purchased the trailer for X and a generator for Y, etc. So I went back the next day to straighten out the problem and found that nobody was very friendly anymore. They said that they never agreed to a price match of another trailer that they looked up, even though they have on their building "NOBODY BEATS OUR PRICES ANYWHERE IN THE USA" sign and that I had no choice but pick up my trailer. After picking it up I found that my new AM/FM/CD/DVD player that was installed with an DVD sticker on it, in fact was not a DVD player and was told that they did not put the sticker on there. worst customer service on our brand new keystone outback!!! super cheap quality and have nothing but problems! and not able to get fixed correctly. big mistake buying from them...... do not shop/buy or get rv serviced at courtesy auto and rv!!!! incompetent service and sales took 3 times to get our parts ordered correctly... then we tell them 3 other things that are wrong and they argue and say they are fine???? wtf!!! hopefully don't ever have to come back here again. read more

The sale went well, but the service department is TERRIBLE. The prep (that we had to leave our trailer there for a week to complete) was a complete joke. The license plates from our old trailer (that we had just renewed) were supposed to be transferred and the winterization kit was also suppose to be installed: NOT. So had to wait more time for that. We got it home: neither of the dead bolts locked -we had to grind them down to fit, we had to put panels back in place and secure, and to top it off we got to our first RV location and when we were leaving we turned on the sani-flush and it sprayed all over the bathroom! Obviously the water system was never checked. I'm quite certain there was NO PREP on our trailer. I will say they did wash the outside. The last visit the hot water heater was suppose to be fixed STILL not working. No more for that place. We were told by Rob the owner that if we had a problem to call him directly and "his word is his bond" . Calls referred to Neil, then by pass Neil to who knows? Everyone but him would finally answer the phone and refer to someone else. It seems that once the sale is over so are you! This isn't our first rodeo with them but certainly our last!
