I had them replace my wheel bearings and on the way to our last camping trip it appears that either the wheel bearing failed or was not installed correctly. I have given them a change to work with me on it and I get no call back. I will not be taking my RV back to them and I do NOT recommend them to anyone. I am grateful to be alive and that that wheel that came off did not kill someone.

I have a trusted RV technician who recommended Johnson for the repairs. I was put in touch with Ben from Johnson's collision department. I sent in pictures and the requested information to Ben. He got back to me the next day with an estimate. The estimate was reasonable considering the damage. The biggest delay was waiting for the parts to arrive from Jayco, but once they arrived, the repairs were completed within a week. The repairs were perfect. Ben was a superstar in his professionalism. His politeness/respect, and attention to detail were refreshing. I was kept abreast of the progress throughout. Ben completed the insurance interactions beyond my expectations. Give Ben a raise!

They installed two lithium batteries for my new camper van. The batteries never charged while…read moredriving(as I was told they would). When I called, they tried to sell me a DC DC charger when the new van already had this lithium compatible item installed!!! Now, on a trip over 1000 miles from home, it sits in a shop so an actual RV repair man can correctly wire the batteries to the charger and the chassis. They immediately found it was wired incorrectly. I'll be calling the manager here as soon as I get this repair in writing and the bill, and will pursue a refund for the install since they couldn't do this correctly AND tried to sell me a part my van already had!! Really crappy service and here I am on vacation without a van. Don't go here for service. Edit- someone from Johnson RV reached out and stated they spoke to the service place that fixed their mistake, and they will not be compensating me for anything, basically. They have denied installing anything incorrectly. My review stands- it should not take two visits anywhere to simply install two lithium batteries correctly. I'm out money because Johnson's did not install them right the first time.

Rubber in seams outside popping up and coming off, water leaking inside trailer when rains! Under carriage coming down with globs of foam/rubbing bulging out. I was told they changed their name to blue compass from Blue dog rv so they can delete all the negative reviews they have. Took trailer back to service sept and They now are shipping my Trailer back east to the manufacturer because it has to be rebuild. The structure isn't sound which was causing the bulges by 1x 6's. Three different ones. Bed room door frame shifted. People in the office said "this trailer is a piece of sh*t"! Their words..... I've had this trailer Making 350.00 a month payments for 1.5 yrs. NEVER have I been able to used it and they have had it 11 months plus after contacting the manufacturer they are shipping it back east for repairs because the service dept submitted for over 20K of work needed to be done. So now they will have it over 3 months and I'm still having to make payments! Blue compass/dog makes tons of money on these broken trailers! DO NOT GET CONNED buying a trailer there! Or Any broken trailer needing repairs before u buy'!

I initially spoke to whom I believe was Chris on the phone and explained my needs and my frustration with the local dealer. He was not only understanding, but patiently answered all my questions and was very professional. I was already so impressed with his helpfulness that I thought to myself "this is too good to be true." On the day of my service I was greeted by Daniel. He too was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He treated me and my dog like family, and listened to my needs and explained everything in great detail. They took my car right in, performed the service, and addressed an ongoing concern I had with the brake system. Everything was perfect! Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and seemed to truly care about me and my car. The dealership, service area, and customer lounge are clean and comfortable. For the first time since buying my Subaru I truly felt taken care of and heard. They have restored my faith in Subaru. Although I am driving from Ashland, it is well worth the extra time and miles. My call was not returned. When I made a personal visit, I met with the sales manager, who was genuinely concerned about the experience I had. He was a little upset that some items slipped through their regular inspection routines before going out the door and was asking why I didn't bring the car back. At about the time I was explaining that I had in fact called, the salesman that took my call stopped by his desk and told him I had indeed called, and that my call was forwarded to the service department but again, there was a breakdown in communications. The sales manager immediately ordered a loaner brought up to the office (brand new) and insisted I leave my car with them. This dealer proceeded to not only fix my complaints, but found other items needing a little attention and made ALL repairs at NO CHARGE, and even threw in a car wash. I am now convinced their intent was pure, they don't want something going out the door if it ain't right. One other thing.....the service writers get 5 stars, especially Daniel. He was very patient with this crusty old man, and a big thank you to Neil, the sales manager. I'll be back when we wear out the one we got.
