If there was -1 star I would have chosen that. Had trailer 3 days and never returned calls or called to say what problem was found so no options for repair was giving. Called to say I was coming to pickup trailer so without signing a work order or giving my permission to work they quickly work on trailer before I could get there to pick it up. Will not return there for any maintenance, supplies, or repairs again. I will advise all of my friends to avoid going there to have any rv work done there.​ read more

I am not having the same experience. I have been in to talk to the head service guy and I have called and left messages for him multiple times without a call back. I had them replace my wheel bearings and on the way to our last camping trip it appears that either the wheel bearing failed or was not installed correctly. I have given them a change to work with me on it and I get no call back. I will not be taking my RV back to them and I do NOT recommend them to anyone. I am grateful to be alive and that that wheel that came off did not kill someone. read more

Not happy with this RV place since they have been purchased by Funtime. The service center used to be very good but the last couple of times my RV was in for service made me realize that the service has gone downhill. My awning was wired backwards. They would have known this but nobody said anything about it. I discovered it when I went to open the awning while there to pick the RV up. My brushed nickel kitchen faucet was replaced with an ugly chrome one that doesn't match anything since all the fixtures are brushed nickel. Nobody bothered to notify me that the faucet would not match the one replaced. It it impossible to even talk to the service manager as staff lies about him not being there and he never returns calls when messages are left. Not a happy camper. read more

This place use to be great, until they sold. All the staff has changed. Policy's changed. I got an appointment...finally to get my RV in. Then I had to leave it. Why did I need an appointment for that? They said the would call in a few days. Never heard from them. After 2 weeks I called to see if it was fixed. Nope. They actually broke more things. Asked them to fix the faucet and give it a service check to make sure nothing else was broken. Charged me $300 and when I got it back only half the service check was done, faucet was still broken and I found the toilet in the shower. I bought my RV from Crater Lake RV. (Fun Time RV) I will never be back, and I live only 100 miles from them in a very small town and I have a big mouth. read more

These folks are GREAT. We wanted to down size our trailer to a motel room size since we keep moving and stay places just a day or two and then move on. We found the trailer that we wanted but the local dealer did not have one in stock, so to the Internet we went. We found the exact trailer we wanted at All RV Needs in Klamath Falls Oregon. I was cautious to begin with but found out that that was not necessary. We just wanted a 19 foot Travel Trailer, a little over $21,000. We made the arrangements with Salesman Steve Cosand ( the guy in the Hawaiian Shirt ). Everything easy, up front , no games just friendly helpful information. We drove to Klamath Falls from Carson City and we noticed as we drove onto the lot a sign said this was a no haggle zone ( or words to that effect ). They advertise low no haggle prices and boy do they mean it. The price for our trailer was a few thousand less than our local dealers lowest price. We have purchased four trailers, big and small, and so many new cars that we lost count. Never and I mean Never has a transaction been more pleasant. Everyone there treated us like royalty. Jon Delarosa, the Service Manager, was so helpful and friendly, personally making sure that everything we asked for was done and a load leveling anti sway hitch we brought with us installed. I am sorry to say I lost the names of the men doing the hitch installation and the walk thru but they were also great. We were treated like we were there to buy a $200,000 rig. We were just buying a little Lite Travel Trailer yet everyone treated us like royalty. Neil Zingg, the General Manager handled the finance portion of our transaction. No games, no pouring water over fabric to sell you a expensive Scotchgard treatment or $1,200 wax job. Just smiles and letting you know what is available but with no push or hassle. Just a smooth pleasant transaction. You can not go wrong here, period. read more

I went in a few days ago and went back into the parts department where I needed to order a part. the gentleman was really nice and said that they are open tomorrow from 9:00am to 5:00pm and that he will be working tomorrow to. I show up about 4:00pm for another employee to say the parts department is closed. the lady had to take off early. I don't know if the guy thinks the parts person is a women or what however I will never go there again. read more

I recently took my RV in for some service work. I had an appointment and dropped off my coach the afternoon before. After about five days I had heard nothing from them so I called. I was told they were awaiting the authorization from the warranty company to proceed with repairs. I again waited another five days or so. I called the warranty company and they stated that no authorization had been requested. I call CL RV back and told them what I had been told. The person on the phone told me he would go check with service and call back. NOTHING!!! No return call NOTHING. At this point I decided to go get my coach and take it somewhere else. I walked in and told them I wanted to pick up my coach. They called the service manager John and he came in to talk to me. My coach had not even been looked at. NOTHING was done to it. It was sitting on the back of the lot behind some shipping containers. Then the excuses started to fly. "But I had an appointment two weeks ago" I said. "We are really busy" he said. That is why I waited three weeks for my appointment. He immediately diagnosed the problem, which I already told him was the problem, and began scrambling to order the part and get it repaired. Guess what... the part never came when promised. Now a week later I get a call that it is ready to be picked up. I drive two hours only to find it wasn't even touched. The part, which finally came in, was on the service managers desk while he was on vacation. NO ONE had a clue what was going on. The coach that was ready to be picked up was someone else's coach not mine. The technician couldn't remember working on my coach. But, he found the part on the service managers desk where I told him it would be. He said give him an hour and he would install it. He installed it and everything worked. I wasted three weeks waiting for an appointment and another three weeks on their incompetence. No one knows what the hell is going on. They don't return calls or messages. NEVER AGAIN!!!! They are an absolute mess. read more

I needed to rent a trailer on a Friday because had to leave town the next day. At UHaul they tested the lights after hooking up the trailer and I learned that the trailer wiring was installed incorrectly and not working at all. I found All RV Needs through Yelp after two other places in town were to busy to help. JP answered the phone, he listened and understood my situation. He took my number and said he would call me back after he checked their shop's availability to get me in. He called me back in about 5 minutes or less and told me to come right over. I arrived at their shop in 10 mins and they checked me in. Jon greet me next with a friendly and welcoming smile and told me he would be the one that would be doing the work. Jon had it fixed in about 15 mins and showed me what was wrong and what he found. I was in and out in less about 30 mins. All RV Needs was very professional, friendly and helpful when it came to understanding my situation and expediting me through so I could get on my way. Thanks so very much to JP and Jon. We're on a four month ramble across the country in our nüCamp T@B 400 and the time had come to lubricate the wheel bearings. We stayed at the KOA just around the corner and popped into All RV Needs yesterday afternoon to find out if they could fit us in this morning. Jerry graciously told us to come by at 9AM. He took care of us in no time at all. He, Lori Ann, and several other staff members wanted to tour our teardrop and all were extremely friendly. We will recommend All RV Needs to our fellow travelers and would have no reservations whatsoever in returning again for supplies or service! read more

As with several other reviewers, we are on a long road trip and needed repairs done in our travel trailer. This place was highly recommended to us. We were accommodated right away. The entire staff was customer-focused. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure all the issues were resolved. We had to leave the camper overnight, but were back on the road by mid-morning the next day. I can't say enough about this organization. They are top notch! read more

I would like to preface this review by stating that we have owned our Motor Coach since 2014 and have had many great experiences with service departments of all types throughout the Pacific Northwest. All RV Needs in Klamath Falls, OR is NOT among them! We have used them since moving here in 2018. Unfortunately, our experience started out as "adequate" (3-star) and rapidly declined from there. Contributing to this decline were the following: 1. Lack of knowledge regarding simple maintenance issues on our Coach (e.g. placing the water filters in upside down; not knowing how to turn the refrigerator on/off, etc.; 2. Failure to respect appointments (e.g. we made an appointment 6 weeks in advance for a simple wash and de-winterize; when checking in on Wednesday morning at 9AM, we were asked if they could keep the coach until Friday! That is absurd and unreasonable considering the amount of work that was needed; 3. Overpriced! 4. COMPLETE LACK OF INTEGRITY! This is my biggest issue.... not only did we pay $239.00 to have our Coach washed (NOT detailed; NOT waxed.... just a simple wash), but they LIED and claimed they had washed the roof on the Coach when there the same DUST was still on the top of the awning covers when we arrived to pick it up. We left it there for another day just so that they could rewash the Coach and the same dirt was evident the following day when we returned to pick it up. When we expressed yet another concern about the quality of the wash, the gentleman in the Service Dept simply said, "I'm sorry you're not happy!" He might as well have said - 'that's your problem!'. We drove through Klamoth falls last week needing a new battery and lucked into finding this place. They had the battery changed out in thirty minutes at a reasonable price so my husband got to thinking of asking what else they could do. We ended up scheduling for them to work on our rv for two days a week later when we would be driving back through town. O man they got a lot of work done. We got the roof sealed they installed solar panels, new vents, worked on the generator, repaired a terrible water leak and did some little interior repairs here and there. JP and Jon were the guys who organized everything. Vern sealed the roof and did the panels. Deven had to crawl into a tiny space to be able to reach the leak and repair it. Richard did a bunch of interior repairs and helped with all of it. These guys are really wonderful! We will for sure plan to make the 8 hour drive from the Bay Area back for all our rv needs in the future. Already planing on having them install vinyl "wood" floors in a few months. In addition to all their work they have also referred us to other workers who can do other repairs and offered to order parts for us to install ourself. Can't tell you how grateful we are after all the not so helpful and overpriced rv stops we have made in the past. This is a very good one. read more
