    I wouldn't trust this company with anything. They're liars and farm out both packing and delivery. Please look at other pictures from the same company and tell me if you'd be satisfied. Please look around before settling on any one company. If I can help one person not go through what I have, then I've done my job.

    Worst experience of my life moving. Picked up my stuff in California May 1, was not delivered in Florida until July 4th. In between, all my stuff sat in 3 different warehouses in 3 states, where someone went through all of my boxes and stole whatever they wanted. They stole11 fishing reels worth close to 3 grand, my entire coin collection worth thousands, and 2 tackle boxes full of lures, a cat carrier, and ironing board. They destroyed numerous heavy duty plastic tubs. Smashed all of my glazed pottery pots for large plants. The movers subbed out all the work to who knows who, never really knew what was going on, and now I am out thousands of dollars from using these crooks. how is treatment like this right? CROOKS!!! STAY AWAY!!

    What a terrible experience. They hide in the fine print that they have 30 business days to deliver your goods from the date you pick for your goods to be delivered. Theres noway my things should sit in a a warehouse for 5 weeks before being delivered. It doesn't make sense. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

    Water damaged boxes. All boxes were in perfect condition when picked up.

    Since my last update, it has taken 30 business days for me to receive my belongings. They were damaged, broken and yes some were missing. Also, they did not put everything back together that they took apart when they picked up my belongings. The level of service from Monster Mover and the agent Movers on the Way & Storage was horrible. For all of the items lost and damaged which includes two Christmas trees, I received a total of $150. This will not replace all of the items that need were damaged by the move. I've attached some photos of some of the damaged boxes which were in perfect condition when they were picked up. Save yourself the headache and go with another company.

    Not truthful. This companyn is of lying fraudsters. They didn't even move my belongings, yet kept my $5000 plus money.

Pick up went well and on the back end, my car arrived safely without damage. Great. There are a few things, however, that made the experience less than stellar that left me with only giving two stars: 1) Communication-I received an automated text at 6 AM on the morning it was scheduled to arrive and then...silence. The message said I'd receive a call 2-3 hours ahead of delivery and I waited the whole day+ and got nothing. Calls to the agent I booked with went unanswered. Calls were made the next morning and only received a response from their broker dispatch-they had to contact the actual car hauler. I had the name of the carrier and contacted them and was told the driver had a delay somewhere and would reach out ahead of time. That was more than the Road Runner CSRs could offer. 2) Real time tracking did NOT work AT ALL. While it gave start and end days and the "route", there was no update other than the car being in transit. And contrary to what is clearly advertised, no way to look and see where the actual vehicle was in progress (from PA to AZ). That alone would have given me some idea of their arrival time when the dispatch had nothing to offer than "the driver will contact you". 3) Arrival time-still expecting a 2-3 hour advanced notice window, I received a call when the driver was SIX MINUTES away. I stayed close to home, but had I had real time tracking and actual communication, it would have lessened the stress of not knowing where my vehicle was. 4) Language barrier-I suspect that a clear language barrier was also a factor-the driver spoke very broken English and while he was pleasant and professional, there was no explanation for the additional 30 hours I had to wait for some type of response.

    I had a confirmation from Roadrunner and received two messages that everything was on time and…read moreconfirmed. On day the car was to be picked up, no one called or texted to confirm a delay. When I called they said they were not sure when they can pick the car up. They would not let me drop the car off at their office in Phoenix because they did not know if there was space available. They were rude and unhelpful on the phone after being on hold for over 45 minutes. Please do not ever use their service. There is zero responsibility they took for the losses incurred by their lack of communication and commitments. Please do not use their services.

First of all they say door-to-door pick up, I bought a high in Mercedes in the LA area to be delivered to Arizona. I was quoted $750 later on I found out I paid $200 to $300 too much with other companies calling me with quotes. They emailed me after I stupidly paid them ahead that my very expensive Mercedes would be picked up at the dealership on Monday and delivered to Arizona on Tuesday. The dealership called me on Friday in a panic as I had passed on the information the car will be picked up on Monday however, another transport company took it to a lot where it sat over the weekend, none of this was communicated to me by CAR-GO, I finally tracked down the guy ( luckily the dealer had all of this information) and he advised me it wouldn't leave his unknown lot until After the weekend on Monday! I called CAR Go and only got a recording that they were closed on the weekend so I had no communication or clarity on what was going on with my car. therefore, I was left with only communicating with the owner of this vacant where my Mercedes at. On Monday, it was picked up and I was assured by the driver it would be delivered Tuesday afternoon. To make a long story short, the driver did not want to drive to Tucson on Tuesday Contracted but finally showed up at 10 PM that evening. I I Iwould strongly recommend Anybody shipping a car to not use this company. They are not dependable. They do not provide real time tracking and basically could care less once they got your money. My car got here within the original window and undamaged. Prices were fair- moving from Arizona to Minnesota for $1,000. I'm giving 3 stars because the communication throughout the process was really not good and I was often left totally in the dark. A few days before my car was to be picked up, They told me it would be picked up Monday. They didn't show up so I called to ask. They said they'd be there Tuesday. They didn't show up. When I tried to ask what was going on, they just said they were within their original window and were not apologetic. The same issues happened upon pick up. They missed a few windows and then, with my car less than an hour away for 1.5 days, said it was because the driver could not deliver ANY cars that day due to some regulations. Then the driver contacted me to say he wouldn't deliver to me because he had too many deliveries that day. Kim in the main office was AMAZING and probably the only helpful person I talked to the entire time I was going through this. Everyone else was condescending and not apologetic because they were within that original window.
