Soooo, I just switched to T-Mobile and drove around town and whew-weee I got coverage and locked in…read moreat good rate. Today was my final draw for spectrum mobile, I can not even report a power outage from my home on their network. I will be traveling around tomorrow too, so I'll get to see how good the T-Mobile service really is, but they did share I'm SOL when In Klamath. They also shared that they are working with Elon Musk to get coverage via satellite, so that's cool. Great team down at our local T-Mobile and we got free phone, free service until the we end our service. they took our iPhone 12 Pro Max as trade in at $250 each. In the end we walked out with three phones, bunch of promotional items (free Netflix and Apple TV and discounted and short term offers of AAA and Sirius XMRadio and I think couple more). We are locked in at $130 a month for three lines unlimited and so I'm saving $50 with an extra phone on my plan. It's crazy. Jay is the boss and got us hooked up, but we also got to meet our sons friend from High School Diego. Great overall experience with many perks.

My experience with them over the last two months has been nothing short of a nightmare that has actively cost my business time, money, and clients. It started in mid-February at the Crescent City, CA store. I spent 9 agonizing hours over two days trying to open a business account, which they incompetently set up as a personal account. I handed physical copies of my previous carrier's bills directly to the Assistant Manager for their "Keep and Switch" promotion, with the promise that they would handle the submission and pay off my $765 balance. When they finally tried to fix my account type weeks later, T-Mobile completely botched the network routing. For a critical period, I received ZERO inbound calls. All of my business text messages and security codes were routed to my partner's phone instead of mine. Their "solution" to fix their own massive technical failure? The Store Manager told me I had to pay $667 out of pocket for a device upgrade. Unbelievable. To make matters worse, I was locked out of my account, and a rep promised to call me every day to fix it--he never called back once. Now, over two months later, T-Mobile is still holding my $765 "Keep and Switch" payout hostage. Executive customer service continues to claim they "can't see" the documents I physically handed to their store manager, and the online portal says my number was never submitted. They will promise you the moon to get you to switch, destroy your business operations with their technical incompetence, and then ghost you when it's time to pay the promotions they promised. Utterly predatory and exhausting. Do not trust them with your business.

He would go in and even give these kids tips and they knew him he can no longer afford their overpriced phones and their service. He chose to go with another provider and wanted to cancel they would not do that for him at that store they treated him poorly in fact a few of them ran to the back of the room. I got news for you T-Mobile this is a 65-year-old man elderly with a disability. We can't even get it canceled through T-Mobile and now they've destroyed his internet his Google account and we're doing everything we can to repair it. This is a horrible store and you're nothing but snobs trust me karma will come your way. A report to the FCC will be going out, will be visiting the the department of human resources for the elderly and disabled, and we have the address and the email to the bigwig at T-Mobile he'll be getting a report of all of this you guys have ripped too many people off you just took money out of a person who has none for something that you didn't provide.

The staff at the store was very kind and got me hooked up and out the door within 15-20 minutes. When i got back to town i went on Nov 1st to the store to return my equipment. They put the info on my acct that it was returned, and then I was given a 1-800 number to call to cancel service. When i called t-mobile to cancel service they said i would be charged for october and november because i returned equipment one day late. I asked if they would prorate my bill since i was not using their service after nov 1 and they said no-that's their policy. I am very disgusted that i have to pay for a service i dont have and im not using. The customer service people basically said "sorry too bad" to me and because of that, i will never use t-mobile again and i wont recommend them in the future to anyone. So beware-one day over your billing cycle day and you will be charged for a full months service
