Lovely front staff, usually they are patient and friendly. There is a manager there, she seems serious and professional but she appears easy to get along. I highly appreciate that this post office offers services such as passport photos, money orders (cheaper than my bank), greeting cards along with gift cards, boxes, tape, bubble wrap in a small/medium/ large sized packet, a packet of envelopes, PO Boxes, and stamps behind the counter. Today I got scolded for not affixing my certified mail receipts to the envelope. I told the clerk after having the cops called on me in McKinleyville, I'm scared to death to make a mistake. I've never had anyone complain about having to affix the certified mail receipts before. Isn't that part of the job? ‍ He tried to make it sound like it was policy but I'm not seeing any evidence of that. These customer facing employees seriously need to get over themselves.
