Woods Pest Control is a great business…read more Our technician, who visits every month to preventativly treat outside our home, is very professional, friendly and courteous. He also does a wonderful job: even living in a big green space with plenty of potential 'pests', we don't have any in the house! Once some ants started to come in during the rainy season, and we just called Woods Pest Control. Our technician came out the very next day to scope things out carefully & strategically place bait outside. The ants left quickly. If they hadn't, he said to let him know & he would return. When some hornets built a nest over our front door, Woods Pest Control came that day to remove it, and we didn't have to be present. Neither of these additional house calls cost us anything extra beyond our monthly preventative care rate. Different homes must have different prices, but for our house it's $55 per month for all this, and it is worth it for the peace of mind and excellent, dependable service. We're glad my family recommended them!

Extremely frustrating experience -- feels like a stalling scheme…read more All Natural Pest Elimination advertises "unlimited visits," but in practice, it's anything but unlimited. Even when you clearly explain the pest problem upfront, they insist on sending someone out just to "take a look," which can take weeks. After that, the actual treatment appointment is scheduled weeks or even months later -- and often gets rescheduled due to vague or unforeseen reasons. The end result is endless delays and very few actual service visits. By dragging out inspections and repeatedly pushing appointments, they effectively reduce how often they have to come out, while still claiming the service is unlimited. Meanwhile, the pest problem remains unresolved. If you're looking for timely, proactive pest control, this approach feels more like a tactic to avoid service than to provide it.

I called Action Pest Control first thing this morning to request someone to come investigate a critter noise I was hearing in my kitchen wall. I was certain it was not rodents and considered it may be termites or some other insect concern. No one answered so I left a brief voicemail. Shortly thereafter, Justin returned my call. I explained my concern and sent him a video to hear the sounds within the wall. He explained to me that the specific problem he suspected really wasn't much of a concern at all. He informed me that he could come investigate if I wanted but it may be a few weeks as his company is likely quite busy. I declined to have him stop by and began complimenting him on his exceptional business ethics. In this day and age, most consumers are cautious about service type work and feel that it's difficult to trust recommendations from businesses (usually because those recommendations include some kind of charge for a service you probably don't need). The fact that he didn't try to sell me anything and was honest was refreshing to say the least. If ever I do need any pest control services in the future, this company will certainly be my first choice!
