I have been using them for the past 6 months. Initially they were pretty good however as of the last month they have been returning my shirts with dirt stains, my suit pants with double creases and wrinkles towards the bottom of the pant leg and finally over steaming my suit jackets. Each time I bring up an issue they state that it is either the shirt or suit that is old or they are backed up. I used them quite frequently on average about 5 dress shirts and 3 suits weekly but unfortunately looking for a new dry cleaner currently. read more

We have been using Frontier for almost 8 years. My husband wears uniforms for work so we visit the shop approximately 2x a month. They do a great job with both laundry and dry cleaning. Staff is super friendly and a few of the counter employees actually remember us by name. I would not think of going anywhere else! read more

The staff is great. They know me and my wife by name. In fact when I pull up to pick up my clothes, the staff is already getting my clothes ready before I even walk through the door. This location has a small town family business feel. The prices are fair and my clothes always look nice when I get them back. I go here every week. read more

I brought my Military uniform to get it cleaned. The top had a lot of collar stains and was in rough shape. It came back spotless and was even pressed to perfection. This place did an awesome job. read more

Great local business, best place to get your clothes done at a good price. The staff is the absolute best and I always look forward to coming in and talking for the couple minutes it takes to get in and out. Have spoken to the owner, Greg, and is always extremely nice about their services. Recommend this place to all my friends already but decided to write an actual review! read more

I had a great experience here. The prices and product were excellent. Heads up that they don't take AMEX and they also don't have a computer system. They rely on the tickets to keep track of your stuff, SO don't loose your claim ticket. read more

We had a prom dress disaster 2 days before prom with a black stain on an ivory dress. They were so awesome here! Cleaned it perfectly, ready by the next day & only charged us $5! I highly recommend this place! read more

I love this place! Super reliable, quick turnaround, and fair prices. I usually just get my dry cleaning done here, but recently got a evening dress (with a long train and lots of lace appliqués covered in dirt from an outside wedding) hand washed. It only cost $20 and it came back good as new! If you're looking for a new dry cleaner in the West Valley, definitely check out this place! read more

Always get my dry cleaning done here. I came in with a jacket that I had accidentally laundered. Manager said he would try his best to get it looking as nice as he could again. They did awesome, it looked a lot better than what I had brought them. Great service every time. Would recommend! read more

Run by teenagers, they can't seem to find simple clothes that are organized by numbers! If you want frustration, please go here! We have had a number of issues and now we are taking our business elsewhere. read more

Overall, pretty good. Staff is friendly, process is quick, and clothing usually looks pretty good. There have been a couple instances where some dress pants were very poorly pressed--had to iron them again when I got home. read more

I've used this location several times. My shirts always look great, and the price is the best around. I had one shirt where the buttons were already melted by a different dry cleaner (NOT Frontier). Well, Frontier replaced all the buttons!! Very happy customer. read more

My husband has been taking his uniforms to this place 10 plus years, when we decided to take my wedding dress there to get cleaned before sending it off for preservation I thought we would have a wedding dress back in amazing condition and perfect. We dropped the off there on April 2, they said that the owner cleans the dress by hand, would take about a month and it would be 150-200 dollars. We left it thinking they would call us when it was done. Fast forward to the last week of June. A woman calls my husband. "The owner looked at the dress, and he can have it done in about 1 month at x cost." WAIT.....you have had the dress for over 2 months and you are just now telling us you haven't touched it!!!! What horrible service. When we went in last Saturday to get the dress, the two gentlemen at the counter were shocked and apologized profusely: they took down all contact info and said the owner would call ASAP. We are still waiting for that call......and the garment bag with the dress had no issues, zipper worked and It was white when I dropped it off. Now it is brown, zippers are broken and there are holes in it. Worst costumer service every. We will never be back. read more

Didn't actually leave dry cleaning after being completely put off by very young man, lacking courtesy and even a small amount of professionalism, behind the register. I honestly don't expect more than friendly service and general politeness. I will find a new place to take my dry cleaning, it's just not worth the aggravation to me. read more

I have to compliment this establishment. My husband and I are leaving town early tomorrow morning for a wedding. This morning, I dropped off my husband's suit that he is wearing IN the wedding in two days. Unfortunately, a new hire (first day) at this location, made a mistake and the order was not done (or started) when I went to pick up this evening. I was devastated, as we needed the suit cleaned and pressed for the wedding. However, the owner, personally contaced me this evening after hearing about the situation (employee working when I came to pick up gave me back the clothes and refund+), He asked about our travel plans, reached out to our hotel and local cleaners to see if there were cleaning options in the area we are traveling to, there were not; instead he personally picked up the clothes from our house, went to his business (after hours), and personally cleaned and pressed our desperately needed items, then returned them to our home (10:30 at night - we were still up packing)! I realize there was a mistake to begin with, but this owner not only stood behind a new employee (she was not thrown under the bus as a newbie), he went ABOVE and BEYOND to relieve a HUGE stress for my husband and I, and we can leave in the morning without that worry! Thank you so very much!! read more
