I cannot overstate how much you should NOT consider CDM for repair jobs. I came in with a dent in a…read morerear quarter panel. The dent was decent in size, but I knew for a fact that it was a PDR job. I knew this because I'd taken the car in to other body shops for estimates and was shopping around for the best deal. CDM sent an ABSURDLY inflated quote of almost $3,500 including blending the read door, blending the aperture panel, overhauling and/or removing unrelated trim and bumper components, etc. Look, I get it. Repair work isn't cheap and it's not unusual for shops to pad estimates if insurance is paying (it wasn't in this case and I was paying out of pocket). I wrote back giving them an opportunity to provide a revised, honest estimate given that I already knew this was a PDR job. They sent back a laughable revision, only decreasing the price by $500 to a whopping $3,000. Here's the kicker. I had my lease financing company do a pre-return inspection and estimate. This is the entity with the biggest motivation for a like-new repair job. Their estimate for ALL excess wear and tear including the dent and some other dings and scratches was $550 total. Bottom line: CDM tried to overcharge me by $3,000. They're predatory and should avoided at all costs.

I believe that everyone deserves some grace every now and then, so I decided to give Veterans another shot. 3 days later, one of my vehicles was in the shop. During the nearly 3 weeks it was in this shop, I was kept in regular contact about the status of the vehicle. Steve and the manager were extremely helpful with negotiations between the shop and my insurance to keep it under the $ threshold (well kept 2019 car with VERY low mileage) for being totaled. I have 2 other vehicles with hail damage that I am also trusting with Veterans. I appreciate their effort, the communication, and am happy with my updated experience.

My Honda Accord had a couple nasty bumper boo boos, one on the front, one on the rear. Had been living with them both for a long time not wanting to pay a body shop for the expensive repairs and not wanting to file claims with my insurer and have my rates skyrocket. A few weeks ago I saw the Bumper Solutions truck parked outside my neighbors house. I didn't realize damage as bad as my bumpers were could be repaired, I figured only replacing the bumpers could make them look like new again. Just out of curiosity I went over and asked the guy to take a look at my car and see what he thought. He came over and gave me a quote on the spot. I was shocked at how reasonable it was. We just inherited a new vehicle recently and now am going to sell the Honda. Decided to invest in the repair to help the resale value of the car and to speed up the sales process. Jacob repaired both bumpers and went the extra mile to make another repair for me that was not on a bumper. I can't say enough good things about his services and professionalism. I will be calling him again soon to clean up the bumper on our new car once the Honda is sold (if I don't decide to keep the Honda now that it looks like new again!) read more

These guys were great. I had hail damage in multiple locations as well as a front bumper scrape. They needed to have it for just over a day. When I dropped it off I was prepared to take a bus back home, but Jacob offered to give me a lift back since they didn't have the work crew in yet, which saved me a lot of time. The work came back very well done and all looks great again. I was on a kind of tight budget, but Robert cut a deal on a couple of work items and thanks to him that ended up allowing me to get the whole car done at a very reasonable cost. Jocob gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the damage and a picture I texted him. We scheduled an appointment, he came out and confirmed the estimate and went to work. It appeared someone had backed over our front bumper with a trailer hitch. Jacob sanded down the scratch, applied filler and then perfectly matched the metallic bumper color and finished by applying the clear coat. In less than 2 hours and for between 1/2 and 1/3 of the estimates I had received from other body shops, our bumper looked good as new. Well done! read more

Had a bumper issue on a Toyota Highlander. A few shops I called couldn't even give me an estimate for 4 weeks and couldn't fix it for 8 weeks! Jason and Front Range Bumper solutions not only got back to me right away, they were out at my place as soon as the part they needed came in and fixed it in 30 minutes! Thank you for the work on my bumper and the competitive pricing, I have no complaints there. One thing I wish you could improve is the CRM side of the business. I believe I had to call 3 times myself when I was not getting a call back that I was promised. I understand you're busy, but still it would be best for you to find a balance -either explicitly state to customers you don't have capacity to take on more, or if you engage someone, set expectations and follow up timely / as promised. read more

I didn't want to take my precious car any old place to get the body damage fixed. I did a ton of research to find the right place that could do a fantastic job fixing my car, and would also take the other driver's insurance and make sure that insurance paid for all the work. Quality One Dent had nothing but great reviews so even though it's quite a drive from where I live, I decided to take my car there. It was really easy to schedule and get my car in for an estimate. JP and Danielle were easy to talk to and work with. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs to my car. And they appreciated how much I love my car and took care of it for me. Quality One Dent did a phenomenal job fixing my classic car. It had looked great before the other car hit it and I hoped that it would still look great after the repairs. Quality One Dent had to search all over the US for various decals and parts and the car looks brand new instead of a little bit faded, as it had before. I'm very meticulous and have high standards, and I was really pleased to see that they do as well. On top of making the car look better, when they reassembled the body parts, the car actually drove better than it had since I bought it. I'm the 7th owner of the car. When I bought it, it had a few alignment problems which I'd spent a lot of money to try to fix but it was never perfect. And the steering column always vibrated a bit as I was driving. Somehow, after Quality One Dent reassembled the front end, the car drives much more smoothly and the alignment is perfect. So it's more than I expected and I'm overjoyed at the job that they did. They took the time to match the paint perfectly. I learned that the antique decals had taken a lot of time and patience to remove properly without damaging the body. They got it all right and the car looks amazing.

Based on their very high rating on Yelp I visited Quality One Dent on Dec 17 2024, for a repair…read moreestimate for front end damage on my 2025 Volvo XC60. While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.

When I requested quotes Jason was one of the first to reply and I was able to get my car scheduled in when I wanted. I was able to order some of the parts on my own which was cool. When I got it scheduled in my car was done in about a day or two the delay was because of one of the parts took a day to get there. Not only did he complete the work above expectation but he also went around my car and touched it up in some areas and tried to pop some dents out. His communication was excellent, the work was of high-quality and definitely worth every penny. His work comes with a warranty for five years which I thought it was outstanding. The paint color on one of the doors isn't a perfect match, but Jake was upfront from the beginning that it would be difficult to match exactly. Honestly, it's only noticeable if you're really looking for it. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is mostly due to some of the finishing details. There was quite a bit of paint dust inside my car, some paint residue on the windshield that I had to scrub off myself, and a rubber door trim piece (which was already loose) was left inside the car instead of being reattached. Overall, though, the quality of the repairs, communication, and value for the price were excellent. I'd definitely recommend Jake to anyone looking for affordable bodywork, especially if you're willing to overlook a few minor cleanup items.
