Amazing!! My Subaru Outback has accumulated some damage over the years, but when I scraped it on a concrete pole in my parking garage I decided to start shopping around for a repair. I went to three or four repair shops (some estimating upwards of $2500 just for the scrape) before finding Front Range Bumper Solutions. My car was sideswiped by a large lifted truck because the lady driving could not see me. Unfortunately I could not pursue payment from the driver/insurance since photos were not enough evidence to show fault. So paid out of pocket.... Jacob gave me a great estimate through texting photos of the damage to my car. There were dents on the side of the door and giant wheel/rim black mark. The whole bumper needed to be repainted. He was able to repaint the back bumper, buff out the side door marks, got most of the dent out, touched up the areas where paint was scratched, and put in a new tail light I had purchased previously for me. All of this for the bumper fee with just a bit extra for buffing the side door. My car looked amazing after he was finished and the rate was perfect! read more

Wow! These guys knocked it out of the park when it comes to customer service! I park in a garage downtown so the repair (with painting) couldn't be done there. I texted pictures for the estimate, they came downtown and picked up the car, made the repair in about 5 hours, and returned the car to the garage. I was concerned about the estimate by pictures only, but they stuck with that price in the end (and it was reasonable). Jacob at Front Range Bumper Solutions was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, courteous, and freely shared his knowledge of the repair process. Best of all, however we communicated (texts, cell phone, or emails) he always responded in a timely manner. Soon after purchasing a new Jeep, a young man drove into the rear end of my vehicle as I waited at a red light. Jacob and another employee began to inspect everything soon after I arrived for my appointment. Although the initial damage appeared to be minor, he pointed out damage to the box beam bumper, which sits behind the plastic bumper cover. It had bent inward approximately 4 inches and the welds on both sides of the mounting bracket had broken. The impact was significantly more severe that what appeared on the surface. Jacob worked with the other driver's insurance company to verify the damage and cover the repair costs. In addition, I requested the frame be checked via an alignment machine as well as the alignment of the tires and suspension. He arranged for a local firm to perform a laser alignment on the frame to confirm everything was within OEM specification and worked with the other driver's insurance company to cover the cost. Front Range Bumper Solutions completed the repair on time with no drama. All replacement parts were genuine Jeep OEM parts (no cheap aftermarket stuff). The quality of the work was excellent. He even went the extra mile to ensure that the rear hatch was not out of alignment, confirmed it operated normally, and sealed completely when closed. In summary, FRBS may be a small shop but do not let that deter you from contacting them. As you can verify from the Yelp reviews, they consistently provide excellent quality workmanship. The high level of customer service demonstrated by Jacob made the entire experience straightforward and drama free. Larger or franchised chain repair shops may have more equipment or a larger building, but they seldom provide the level of attention or customer service I experienced with Jacob and Front Range Bumper Solutions. FRBS did a great job on my Lexus LS400 rear bumper which had been side-swiped while parked. It is a two tone bumper with pearlescent white paint- the hardest to match. I am a purist and was nervous about going this route, but the price delta between body shop work and FRBS was significant. Results? It's been over a year since the work was done. The paint match is perfect and for those of you who actually keep your car after this work is done, it shows virtually no sign of fading, chipping or cracking (contrary to what the body shop guy told me). Paint surface felt like sandpaper after job was done. FRBS came back and wet-sanded. This is an excellent alternative to body shops, especially for bumpers that are going to get scraped again anyway. read more

This guy does more than bumpers!!!!! My car had been sideswiped. Once Jacob was done with it, you could hardly tell it happened. My back bumper had dings and pock marks - it looks new now. He touched up just about every minor imperfection on my old car. He traveled to my employment in Louisville and made it so that I'm no longer embarrassed for people to see my sideswiped car. Excellent service!!!! Professional, Honest, & Courteous. My fiancé and I were super impressed with Jacob and his quality of work. I had a terrible experience. I came in person for a quote. The mechanic gave me a verbal quote but the person who could formally provide me a quote and request supplemental pay from my insurance company was not there. I left a physical copy of my estimate. I never head back. I followed up 2 weeks later and Anthony had no idea where my information was and had not contacted my insurance. So, I emailed him my quote. He was apologetic and said he would get on it immediately. 2 weeks later, nothing. I contacted him again and he couldn't find my information and asked if I had given him my quote. Jacob and Jeff were super, top notch, and i highly recommend them to anyone with bumper damage. They stand behind their work and they were very professional. I was able to get both cars repaired for what a body shop wanted for just one! I saved most of my factory paint, which is important to me on my new ride, and I did not have to worry about getting a rental car or a ride back and forth to the body shop since these guys came to me. I have some bulging discs from previous car accidents and I do not move as fast as I used to, nor do I sleep well, and I can tell you that Jeff and Jacob were very patient and understanding.. Some jerk in a truck came flying around the corner in the garage while I was trying to park my new ride. I am still pretty mad about this and it was my fault, but I hope to not see that guy again because I lost my focus backing up thinking I was about to get ran into and ended up damaging both of my cars and being quite livid mad the rest of the day. I got a quote after sending images via cell phone, and the guys stuck to the quote and went over options on site. I opted to go with wetsand only of the scrape damage on the old car, to save a few bucks. They were even able to do some restoration of my head light lenses, which I needed badly, for an extra fee. Jacob and Jeff then touched up a few spots on the drivers side mirror and bumper. I am happy with the work and you can barely tell anything even was there. As far as the newer car it looks 1000 times better. You have to really look close to see it was done. All this in less than 3 hours. I have to wait at least 3 days to wash it and 30 days to wax it but I plan to put up some before and after photos eventually.
