Eventually they called me back and I made arrangements to drop my car off after hours, due to a busy work schedule. George told me there was a drop box in the door. I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

I did a ton of research to find the right place that could do a fantastic job fixing my car, and would also take the other driver's insurance and make sure that insurance paid for all the work. Quality One Dent had nothing but great reviews so even though it's quite a drive from where I live, I decided to take my car there. It was really easy to schedule and get my car in for an estimate. JP and Danielle were easy to talk to and work with. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs to my car. And they appreciated how much I love my car and took care of it for me. Quality One Dent did a phenomenal job fixing my classic car. It had looked great before the other car hit it and I hoped that it would still look great after the repairs. Quality One Dent had to search all over the US for various decals and parts and the car looks brand new instead of a little bit faded, as it had before. I'm very meticulous and have high standards, and I was really pleased to see that they do as well. On top of making the car look better, when they reassembled the body parts, the car actually drove better than it had since I bought it. I'm the 7th owner of the car. When I bought it, it had a few alignment problems which I'd spent a lot of money to try to fix but it was never perfect. And the steering column always vibrated a bit as I was driving. Somehow, after Quality One Dent reassembled the front end, the car drives much more smoothly and the alignment is perfect. So it's more than I expected and I'm overjoyed at the job that they did. They took the time to match the paint perfectly. I learned that the antique decals had taken a lot of time and patience to remove properly without damaging the body. They got it all right and the car looks amazing.

Based on their very high rating on Yelp I visited Quality One Dent on Dec 17 2024, for a repair…read moreestimate for front end damage on my 2025 Volvo XC60. While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.

My Honda Accord had a couple nasty bumper boo boos, one on the front, one on the rear. Had been living with them both for a long time not wanting to pay a body shop for the expensive repairs and not wanting to file claims with my insurer and have my rates skyrocket. A few weeks ago I saw the Bumper Solutions truck parked outside my neighbors house. I didn't realize damage as bad as my bumpers were could be repaired, I figured only replacing the bumpers could make them look like new again. Just out of curiosity I went over and asked the guy to take a look at my car and see what he thought. He came over and gave me a quote on the spot. I was shocked at how reasonable it was. We just inherited a new vehicle recently and now am going to sell the Honda. Decided to invest in the repair to help the resale value of the car and to speed up the sales process. Jacob repaired both bumpers and went the extra mile to make another repair for me that was not on a bumper. I can't say enough good things about his services and professionalism. I will be calling him again soon to clean up the bumper on our new car once the Honda is sold (if I don't decide to keep the Honda now that it looks like new again!) read more

These guys were great. I had hail damage in multiple locations as well as a front bumper scrape. They needed to have it for just over a day. When I dropped it off I was prepared to take a bus back home, but Jacob offered to give me a lift back since they didn't have the work crew in yet, which saved me a lot of time. The work came back very well done and all looks great again. I was on a kind of tight budget, but Robert cut a deal on a couple of work items and thanks to him that ended up allowing me to get the whole car done at a very reasonable cost. It was ready on time when I went to pick it up and as I say it looks like new again. All in all a good experience from start to finish. read more

Jocob gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the damage and a picture I texted him. We scheduled an appointment, he came out and confirmed the estimate and went to work. It appeared someone had backed over our front bumper with a trailer hitch. Jacob sanded down the scratch, applied filler and then perfectly matched the metallic bumper color and finished by applying the clear coat. In less than 2 hours and for between 1/2 and 1/3 of the estimates I had received from other body shops, our bumper looked good as new. Well done! read more

Had a bumper issue on a Toyota Highlander. A few shops I called couldn't even give me an estimate for 4 weeks and couldn't fix it for 8 weeks! Jason and Front Range Bumper solutions not only got back to me right away, they were out at my place as soon as the part they needed came in and fixed it in 30 minutes! My car had a huge dent (think: larger than a volleyball) in the front left hand corner. The estimate from the body shop was $1700 so I put off fixing it for a long time. Thank you for the work on my bumper and the competitive pricing, I have no complaints there. One thing I wish you could improve is the CRM side of the business. I believe I had to call 3 times myself when I was not getting a call back that I was promised. I understand you're busy, but still it would be best for you to find a balance -either explicitly state to customers you don't have capacity to take on more, or if you engage someone, set expectations and follow up timely / as promised. read more

Based on positive reviews, I decided to schedule a repair with Front Range Bumper Solutions for a baseball-sized hole in my rear bumper. Despite some initial trepidation, I proceeded with the appointment. Jeff arrived punctually and, after a brief discussion about the repair, he got to work. I damaged my car (that I barely had a year). I contacted FRBS for a quote and they got back to me shortly thereafter. They gave me a quote that was hundreds below other shops I had called. Had my 2013 KIA Optima for exactly one year before someone hit my left rear bumper in a parking lot..no note left of course. This left a bunch of scrapes and scratches. I had the Black Nissan Sentra Cracked in two places, huge dent in the Bumper. Fender also slightly bent back by headlight. (Photos in the photo section) I had concerns if the paint would crack on the metal. I had the bumper held to the car with duck tape until Jacob arrived. You do have to be tenacious to get them to call back - but they will. I assume it's due to the fact that they have too much work because they are THAT GOOD. Some guy backed into my car and tore a whole in the bumper with his Jeep's license plate holder. FRBS made the repair at a fraction (25%) of a few other places. They did a great job and will use them again. read more

The fender on my car was hit by a dumpster and was pushed back to the driver's door, so not only did I have a fender and was not able to open the driver's door; the repairs would have been super expensive. Not only did he complete the work above expectation but he also went around my car and touched it up in some areas and tried to pop some dents out. His communication was excellent, the work was of high-quality and definitely worth every penny. His work comes with a warranty for five years which I thought it was outstanding. There was quite a bit of paint dust inside my car, some paint residue on the windshield that I had to scrub off myself, and a rubber door trim piece (which was already loose) was left inside the car instead of being reattached. Overall, though, the quality of the repairs, communication, and value for the price were excellent. I'd definitely recommend Jake to anyone looking for affordable bodywork, especially if you're willing to overlook a few minor cleanup items.
