After confirming that the design was not ideal, he gave a detailed and very reasonable cost to fix it. He even coordinated with another contractor friend to take out and reinstall part of our patio so he could run a larger water line. Only time will tell, but I feel confident that we are finally going to have a beautiful lawn this summer with sufficient water flow and all new sprinkler heads that actually cover our lawn!

Who knew that there were so many issues involved with installing an irrigation system; Multiple permits, a property survey, flagging for underground pipes and complex outdoor plumbing. Victor coordinated all activities and made sure everything was done correctly. The system is installed, controlled by a modern mobile app and works like a charm. It so happened that before Spartan left, We had a plumbing leak caused by a loose connection behind a wall from our upstairs bathroom causing water to drip through the ceiling.
