Chris, Brandi and one other guy (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) My elderly folks had a blow out and pulled into their drive. Chris, his wife and assistant were so kind and helpful to my folks. They offered them to sit inside the AC, asked how they could help, and Chris was gonna change their tire. When he couldn't, (stupid locked lug nuts) he let us keep the car there until I could make arrangements. They treated my parents with respect, kindness and care. They were even gonna let us keep the car there if needed. They were happy to help in any way they could and wanted/expected NOTHING in return. I had never stopped at Twisted Sounds before.
