Fast forward to today. My husband ran over something large and hard at 70 mph. Hit was so hard it popped the needle off of the speedometer in the dash. Managed to get it into see Joshua. Wasn't good news but he gave me 2 options. First was the minimum that needed to be done. Second was an additional item that really should be done. All said and done, more than I wanted to spend but I still feel he was very fair in his pricing. Been driving the van for a few days now and am very happy with the results. Plus, I have the peace of mind knowing I won't be chewing up my tires every few thousand miles. Just as a side note. I did research Cortez Car Care and discovered something amazing. They have been members of the BBB for 23 yrs this year and have not had one single complaint lodged against them in all that time. In any auto related field, especially repair/maintenance, that is a record to be very proud of. Just tells me that they are doing things right and have customer satisfaction very high on their priority list.

I feel like I get a great wash here versus other places. It does a great job on my truck, bed cover, running boards, and tires and rims. It's fairly new and and it's worth every cent paid. They have several washes to choose from too!

The only downside that prevents 5 stars is that the vacuums do not have any shade over them (unlike EVERY other wash in town), making vacuuming out your car when it is sunny out a very HOT activity. If you just want to wash and go, this place is great!
