This was my first experience with a detailer, and had only learned from YouTube videos. The entire crew put their nose to the grindstone, trod through the (mostly downs) of this behemoth. Big shout out, to: Jeremiah, Steve, Johnny & Eddie, who slogged on, and accomplished a small miracle. What had only been in my head became a full fledged reality! I suspect this may have been their biggest job of this type in Beaumont for a long time, the car had sat for a number of years prior to my purchasing it. Glanz performs magic, I can not say otherwise! Their ceramic coating is beyond words. After the rain early this morning, merely a wipe down using a microfiber cloth erased any details of the predawn precipitation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! No need to take the long journey to Houston, nor expect this level of commitment from lesser mortals in the area. GLANZ IS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Lengthy review here we go. A few factors to keep in mind. I knew nothing about tint at all. So I'm…read morenot sure of what pricing or products consist of. Here we go. So I originally called for an estimate at it was very close to $300 for whole entire car. When I dropped the car off I received a call saying that it would be $500 plus tax and credit card machine fee for the entire car because I had tint on it already. So that was easily $200 for the removal. I personally feel as though that was expensive but again I have no prior knowledge of tint. So I'm already irritated and stressed so I said just go ahead and do it. Okay when I go to pick the car even though it was to what I personally felt overpriced. I not only paid it but I left a tip. Now when I get to my car I had a bubble in the tint. Also I didn't have an eyebrow I thought that was considered apart of the entire car I was later informed ( IT WAS NOT). Now, the bubble in my tint they said it would go away within 2 weeks. Well within 2 weeks it did not go away. A thin line formed through the center of the bubble so I thought it was disappearing 2 more weeks went by and still the Bible sat now in two bubble it appears. I brought it back to the shop they did fix it. When I went to pick my car up the car was dead. Something about leaving the door open caused it to die. I'm just saying all this for transparency. I have no issues with the work itself . I love the look. The price I didn't care for the switching of it the next day. But I honored it. I didn't like the eyebrow wasn't included with the full car because of how much I paid. But I accepted that as well. Now the car battery dying I just was so confused on that. But hey when people say do your research. This is your research. Crazy enough I did refer them to 2 individuals based on the quality of the product that I received. It's the integrity of the business that I felt maybe could use work. I hope this helps the business as well as future customers.

Instead, I was left waiting almost two hours for a simple oil change. What made it worse was watching the staff casually head out to lunch while customers were still waiting. If you value your time at all, I don't recommend this place. Unless you have hours to kill and don't mind being ignored, you're better off going somewhere else.
