In the age of forgotten customer service, Byrons shines like a diamond. Had 2 A/C's go out while on…read morevacation and a friend referred Byrons to me. I had a second trip already scheduled with only one week between to get them fixed. From my very first phone call to the shop the customer service was great. I brought in my '19 Cyclone on a Monday and was ready to be picked up 2 days later with two new Dometic A/C's. Happy wife, happy life. The shop was already fully booked but Byrons knew I was in a bind and made room for me. Long story but I had already taken it in to my RV dealer with the A/C's and it sat for over 4 months. Byrons took care of it in 2 days. Repairs were covered under extended warranty and was handled completely by Byrons. If your looking for RV repair or maintenance don't hesitate. Byron is a great guy and will do what it takes to make the job right.

A cat jumped out of one of the holes that the repair person put in the underbelly. There were 2 holes cut in it. It needs to be replaced. The left slide has to be manually slid out now. It has water damage. The seal around the slide was thrown on top of the slide. There was no water damage, when it was dropped off. The hardware for the stairs is missing. The stairs can't even be attached due to the water damage. The wall of the slide is soft and so is the floor. One of our propane tanks was swapped out for an old one. The light bar was hanging off of the rv. It needs to be replaced. We had a buyer for it, and now we are stuck with something that can't be sold. My husband requested a call from the owner, but we never heard anything. I sent 2 emails. No response. Owners response on Yelp is complete bs. She's very misinformed. There was no request to fix the roof, water damage, floor or stairs, because they were not damaged, when it was dropped off. They were to fix the fireplace, heater vent, fridge, carbon monoxide detector and the awning. The warranty didn't expire until 11/30/25. It sat there, because they took so long to fix the a/c motor and fireplace. They didn't even bother fixing the fridge. I was called once to pick it up on 11/25/2025.

Lengthy review here we go. A few factors to keep in mind. I knew nothing about tint at all. So I'm…read morenot sure of what pricing or products consist of. Here we go. So I originally called for an estimate at it was very close to $300 for whole entire car. When I dropped the car off I received a call saying that it would be $500 plus tax and credit card machine fee for the entire car because I had tint on it already. So that was easily $200 for the removal. I personally feel as though that was expensive but again I have no prior knowledge of tint. So I'm already irritated and stressed so I said just go ahead and do it. Okay when I go to pick the car even though it was to what I personally felt overpriced. I not only paid it but I left a tip. Now when I get to my car I had a bubble in the tint. Also I didn't have an eyebrow I thought that was considered apart of the entire car I was later informed ( IT WAS NOT). Now, the bubble in my tint they said it would go away within 2 weeks. Well within 2 weeks it did not go away. A thin line formed through the center of the bubble so I thought it was disappearing 2 more weeks went by and still the Bible sat now in two bubble it appears. I brought it back to the shop they did fix it. When I went to pick my car up the car was dead. Something about leaving the door open caused it to die. I'm just saying all this for transparency. I have no issues with the work itself . I love the look. The price I didn't care for the switching of it the next day. But I honored it. I didn't like the eyebrow wasn't included with the full car because of how much I paid. But I accepted that as well. Now the car battery dying I just was so confused on that. But hey when people say do your research. This is your research. Crazy enough I did refer them to 2 individuals based on the quality of the product that I received. It's the integrity of the business that I felt maybe could use work. I hope this helps the business as well as future customers.
