I have a list of repairs done on my truck and since I had used Scott for several years so I called to set up getting my truck there. I've had no problems with his service prior so that is why I called him. The repairs that I need done I knew it would be maybe a couple of thousand of dollars and I was willing to pay that amount to him because I was always satisfied with his service. On this date, 02/28/2025 , when I called and spoke to the lady and disagreed on something she just hung up on me. I called back to continue the conversation she would not answer my call. I have never had any problems before and I truly upset with the way that lady treated me. When I first started using his service, which I used for years, he was starting up, but he or she has gotten too big to treat long time customers with a little respect. read more

After almost two months of being at the local mercedes stealership as well as a collision center that needs a whole lot of provisions, I got fed about the amount of time it was taking, lack of communication, and the COST which was $4500. I called them for a quote and was given a quote as promised in less that 30 minutes which also was HALF THE PRICE of what the stealership quoted me for. Do not hesitate. Bring your vehicle to Scott's. I live in Lake Charles, LA where we have no BMW dealerships. I made the mistake of going to 2 local mechanics who claimed they are skilled to service BMW's. One even claimed to be BMW certified. I had an oil and coolant leak. Neither of them were able to get to the root of the problem. They replaced a few parts and the problem literally got worse. I was trying to avoid going to BMW of Beaumont due to my vehicle no longer being under warranty, but I had no choice after two failed mechanics. Now I do love BMW of Beaumont, because they have impeccable customer service, but their labor fees are ridiculously priced. I then researched mechanics in the Beaumont area that serviced foreign vehicles. For some reason Scott's Import Service stuck out to me. So, I began to read reviews and find any and everything I could find on them including their social media pages. From what I gathered, this place seemed and sounded legit from the reviews. I spoke with Ms. Patty over the phone and set up an appointment. The day comes to drop off my vehicle and I meet Ms. Patty in person and we go over the details of everything. While in there a gentleman walks in and he over hears my concerns and he asked how did I discover Scott's. I told him from the internet and he was so shocked. He tells me how Scott's is the very best mechanic shop in town and I need not worry. He then tells me how Scott's serviced his wife's and his mother's BMW's as well as his pickup truck and countless other vehicles throughout the years. I felt more confident about leaving my car in their hands. Being that my home is in L.C., LA I needed a ride to get my car rental to head back home and they provided the gentleman and I a ride to the car rental place. Awesome! I brought my car on a Monday and it was fixed by Wednesday. They called me before working on the car and kept me updated throughout the process. Scott would speak to me, himself. I arrived on Thursday to get my car and my car felt doggone near brand new again. No lie! I wanted to burst out crying when I sat in my car. I finally found an awesome mechanic who knows what he's doing and didn't try to rip off a female consumer. I prayed to God Almighty for a real mechanic and He answered my prayers. Why take your car anywhere else when you can take it to Scott's? They are very knowledgeable about vehicles, any brand it doesn't matter they know their stuff. We've brought our vehicles here countless of times when we heard a noise or something and he's always been able to fix it. The work is done right and on time.
