Salesman Terry Mills was very unprofessional, dipping tobacco and boring us with four grueling…read morehours of his self absorbed stories, while we waited for price of my 2021 Kawasaki klx230r, which only had less than 17 hours on it. I purchased new 11-3-2020. Motorcycle had all service work performed and as stated Motorcycle was in tip top perfect performance condition! The Clear Texas Title was in my 88 years old Mother's name. It took us from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. t o finalize purchase. I had informed Salesman I Googled Blue Book Trade in value of $1,850.00 (paid $5,600.00 out the door originally) and somehow they gave us some piece of paper I signed under duress and was totally taken advantage of and only received a Mere $1,000.00 for my trade in!!! They totally took advantage of the elderly and I would not recommend anyone to make a purchase with a trade in!!! Worst experience ever!!!! Totally cheated and this is nothing short of elderly abuse!!!! Jerome Countiss

Sold me the wrong type of tire for my bike, refused to correct it. Not even discount a new tire…read morebought there! Created a dangerous situation for me, could care less. To be fair, tire sat on bike for 3 years, (didn't ride, alternator fried). Still, they created a dangerous situation and refuse to remedy it. Details: Needed a rear tire for a Harley Dyna, next door Harley shop didn't have an American Elite I wanted, so I tried next door (couldn't hurt to look). They said no, I asked what they have like it for a Dyna, and they pulled out an Elite 4. Salesman told me it was just like an Am Elite (both are from Dunlop), only for Japanese cruisers, big diff being E4 didn't say Harley on the side wall. Turns out, NO it isn't, it's for Touring bikes Honda Goldwings particularly, though Harley touring bikes can use them. I found this out when I went to Harley for a front tire. Harley salesman wouldn't sell be anything, said he could be criminally liable if he matched any tire to an Elite 4 on a Dyna! Then I went back to Powersports, was told they'd do noting, not even discount a new tire bought there! Bikes rear tends to slide on acceleration. This is my first multi-tread / composite rubber tire and I figured squirrelyness was maybe a normal trait of that type of tire. Now I'm concerned by the sliding. Tire has about 900 miles but I will have to toss it.

How Not to Buy a Goldwing…read more I tried to buy a Goldwing from this dealership. At first, everything seemed normal. I called around noon from CA and asked for some pictures. By 12:27pm Keeton sent me 4 pics. At 12:31 pm, I told him the pictures looked good and asked for one more showing the miles. At 12:35, I get a pic of the dashboard. At 12:41, I text Keeton that I want the bike and for him to call me. So, in less than 15 minutes after seeing the pictures, I am buying a Goldwing. So I thought. Keeton and I talked and after giving him my name, address, and email, he agreed to send me a purchase contract that night or the next day. That would be the last time I spoke to or heard from Keeton. From that moment on, Keeton did not respond to text messages or answer his cell or dealership line. I decided to give Dennis Sparks (Sales Manager) a call. To my surprise, Dennis told me the Goldwing sold 3 or 4 days BEFORE I first spoke to Keeton, yet Dennis asked me if I had put down a deposit on the bike. Wouldn't he know if Keeton had received a deposit? Don't all sales need to go through the sales manager? Dennis promised to look into how this whole mess could happen and call me back with an explanation. As if at this point, it really matters. Surprise, Dennis never called. So, 2 days later, I called Dennis and as luck has it, he was in a meeting at that very moment discussing ways Columbanus could avoid customers going through half of the buying process on bikes that were already sold. I told Dennis that I ran a Vin Data report the day AFTER I had agreed to purchase the Goldwing, while waiting for Keeton to send me the purchase contract. I just wanted more info about the bike I had already committed to purchasing and start a records history for my new bike. I told Dennis that the least Columbanus could do is to refund me the $14.95 I spent on a report for an already sold bike. Dennis said he would call me back after talking to management. Dennis called me back after he spoke with Mark Frey (COO) and said it was agreed that it was "my decision" to run the report so they didn't feel they should reimburse me. So, apparently, Dennis and Mark think customers actually "decide" to run reports on bikes that are already sold to other customers. As I write this, 6 days after I first spoke with Keeton, the "already sold" Goldwing is still listed on Cycle Trader for sale. If I understood Dennis correctly, the new owner hasn't signed the paperwork or picked up the bike yet. He says they can't remove the ad until it leaves the dealership. And by the way, their ad states in the title that the Goldwing has ABS but it doesn't. Worst "sales" experience ever. New Owners, New Experience says their website.
