We walked in and wasn't even greeted by anyone. After about 10 mins some older lady walked up to us and asked if she could help us. I was looking at a CVO and she said the price was reduced to 45000. Maybe she didn't realize that the brand new one I just looked at was 45000 and this one was 2 years old. 2nd red flag. We didn't stick around for a 3rd one. We will stick with Cowboy Harley in Beaumont, Texas. This place in Lake Charles sucks !!!!

I was driving, my wife started looking up places that might have it. Basically everywhere we called could get it, but days after we'd be back home. So I didn't have much hope when we called Harley Davidson of lake Charles - I figured it'd end up being another "we can get it in on Wednesday" and I'd end up telling my uncle "Well, we tried ...". They surprised me by having the part, and I said "We're on the road, it's going to be another 2 or 3 hours until we get to you". Two and a half hours later we got there and they had the part sitting ready for me to pick up and pay for. I don't expect they'd always have any random part anyone would need, I figure they probably sometimes will have it and sometimes have to order like any place would - but on that day, for the part I needed, they had it, and that was fantastic.
