Salesman Terry Mills was very unprofessional, dipping tobacco and boring us with four grueling hours of his self absorbed stories, while we waited for price of my 2021 Kawasaki klx230r, which only had less than 17 hours on it. I purchased new 11-3-2020. Motorcycle had all service work performed and as stated Motorcycle was in tip top perfect performance condition! The Clear Texas Title was in my 88 years old Mother's name. It took us from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. t o finalize purchase. I had informed Salesman I Googled Blue Book Trade in value of $1,850.00 (paid $5,600.00 out the door originally) and somehow they gave us some piece of paper I signed under duress and was totally taken advantage of and only received a Mere $1,000.00 for my trade in!!! Sold me the wrong type of tire for my bike, refused to correct it. Not even discount a new tire bought there! Created a dangerous situation for me, could care less. To be fair, tire sat on bike for 3 years, (didn't ride, alternator fried). Still, they created a dangerous situation and refuse to remedy it. Details: Needed a rear tire for a Harley Dyna, next door Harley shop didn't have an American Elite I wanted, so I tried next door (couldn't hurt to look). They said no, I asked what they have like it for a Dyna, and they pulled out an Elite 4. Salesman told me it was just like an Am Elite (both are from Dunlop), only for Japanese cruisers, big diff being E4 didn't say Harley on the side wall. Turns out, NO it isn't, it's for Touring bikes Honda Goldwings particularly, though Harley touring bikes can use them. I found this out when I went to Harley for a front tire. Harley salesman wouldn't sell be anything, said he could be criminally liable if he matched any tire to an Elite 4 on a Dyna! Then I went back to Powersports,was told they'd do noting, not even discount a new tire bought there! Bikes rear tends to slide on acceleration. This is my first multi-tread / composite rubber tire and I figured squirrelyness was maybe a normal trait of that type of tire. Now I'm concerned by the sliding. I was there eight hours trading a bike in to get a Honda. I'm from Lake Charles and I had to pick up a company truck that afternoon so I go to the finance. I had to go I know part of it. It's my fault. The next day I was looking at paperwork they charged me for gap insurance extended warranty, which I didn't want either, but they never explained.. I called the finance guy the next day. He said he would take it off $2500. But amazingly my note would not change.. that was one of the most shim sham purchases I ever made and I will not go back and I will call American Honda finance to discuss this BS . The reason I am writing this review is because, the employees where being very rude. went in some sweet pants and a shirt. So I can believe they thought I was lower class. They did not want to come up to me and greet me. The only person to at least say hello to me was the front desk lady. When I would go up to a four wheeler they would point at me ,whisper ,and spy on me. But I was just trying to but a birthday gift for my grandson. Parts guys are nice. Used bikes can be bunched, faded, and filthy in a tight warehouse. You cannot get a price. They try to do that thing where they fill out a long form just to tell you the asking price. Never trust a sales force that uses that intimidation factor to use my time! Service is expensive. Based on their Harley business model, next door, I fear Cowboy will not be favorable on service at their Power sports service either. read more

Came with my boyfriend looking for helmets and jackets, he couldn't try out. Helmets in the Harley Davidson store, didn't really find anything in the Indian store but his bike is a honda so we left the honda store for last, soon as I walked in I was instantly attracted to the motocross helmets they have so many different colors! Anyways he found a jacket he really liked and it was 75% off so he got a 150$ jacket for 37.50!! Definitely a good deal!! Bought a cover for my motorcycle there today (Saturday). I had the right size, went to pay out and the parts guy told me the cover was too big for my bike. So I got the next size down, the one he recommended. Came home and spent all day cleaning my bike. Put cover on, and it's way too small. I show back up to the dealership for an exchange and it's three minutes after they closed. I explained to the employees (still there) what I needed. They refused to help. The only thing they would say is that they will be open on Tuesday. I explained it was a simple exchange, same price, no big deal. No such luck. I refuse to shop anywhere that doesn't at least make an attempt to help customers. I will never go back...except for a full refund on Tuesday. read more
