Brought it in to get repaired and the only thing that was done was they sent it to Classic Chevrolet to put a new radio in.(which is still broken) I picked up my car Monday and it's still making the same noise and the air conditioner only blows cold when you're driving. If you're just sitting there like at a red light it doesn't blow cold (it blows between 70-75°) so I went back up there today and took one of the managers Kevin Lee with me for a drive and he pretended like he didn't hear anything. Then I took the service manager for a ride and he clearly heard the noise I was talking about and said that it should be blowing just as cold while I'm stopped. Mind you I took a road trip to Louisiana and it totally quit blowing all together. They said that they won't fix it because it hasn't "failed" yet. Then said "you do realize you bought a used car right?" And I said yes and it had a 1,000 mile warranty and y'all said y'all would fix this problem the day after I bought it. I was also told that my 30 day or 1,000 mile warranty was up (they had my car for almost 3 weeks!!!)I was up there for 3 hours today and they told me they wouldn't fix it. I'M BEYOND PISSED AND WANTED TO PUNCH HIM SQUARE IN HIS FACE!!!! This is how they treat people who were affected by Harvey!!! PLEASE SHARE SO OTHERS WILL BE WARNED!!!

Well called in to this place call GUNSTREAM tire service, had to make sure that they had the tires so that I could head down there and pick them up. Might be important to note that at this moment I'm a disabled veteran. Now... I can't lift a lot of things or unscrew a lot of bolts, however those guys had GUNSTREAM saw the problem (middle of the freeway) took care of the problem made sure that I got back on the road. Special shout out to Alex amazing guy help me out even rode with me in the truck till I could get the entire two tires replaced. You guys at GUNTREAM you do amazing work.... not only that I experienced a great atmosphere and just an overall great group of guys. I have used Sam and City Spring & Brake for years, never had an issue until the last year or so…read more The first issue was on my dually work truck where a rim was damaged and bump stops were removed when have springs rebuilt, I took care of those issues as I did not have time to bring the vehicle back. The last visit was much more disappointing, I had the entire front end replaced on another work truck, after about a thousand miles I crawled underneath to inspect and found that the brakes I paid to have replaced were not replaced and that the boots that keep grease in and dirt out of the new ball joints and tie rod ends were cut during installation. I brought the truck back to Sam for warranty work, he became very aggressive and refused to honor his warranty. The guy is an absolute scumbag that does subpar work and refuses to stand behind it.
