I was only visiting Beaumont, but please give these nice people your business. They do not lock the lot after hours, so you can enter, charge, and leave at any time 24*7

After that, they made me drive an hour and a half just to pick up a loaner--adding even more time to an already extended repair process. When I raised the issue, Kenny (service) told me "it's not about right or wrong." I also asked about inspecting the wheel for possible mechanical damage because it was a safety concern. They refused to answer my questions. Matt, the service manager, said he would "only talk to the owner of the vehicle" (my wife) and then lied about the damage--claiming it was just a scratch when it was clearly a 1/8-inch divot in the wheel. Valerie was the only bright spot; she was genuinely nice. Everyone else left me with a shady, unprofessional experience. Leslie Doggett should be ashamed to put his name on this dealership. Names used to mean something. They don't anymore. Would not recommend.

Worst experience ever for my son, a first-time car buyer!…read more The day my son signed papers with the dealership, his car that was just purchased from Doggett was hit in the parking lot by one of their employees. He literally backed into his car and damaged it. My son called me as soon as it happened and I heard their employee apologize and admit that it was totally his fault and that he would take care of it. Well, of course he hasn't so my husband went to the dealership to try and get this resolved and the GM acted as if there was nothing he could do, which would be understandable had their employee not been in uniform, on their clock and in their parking lot! They've offered no help whatsoever, not even an apology! This is very disheartening due to the fact that this is my son's very first car purchase that he obtained with his own funds and excellent credit that he worked hard to attain. We are also long-time customers and have purchased several cars from your dealership, but this will most likely be the last purchase you'll receive from our family as well as other associates who do business with you all. We tried going about this the proper way but if legal representation is necessary that will be our next steps. Not cool at all Mike Smith/Doggett, you all need to do better!
