After having a terrible experience with a local dealership in OK, I was so surprised to have such a great experience with Classic Kia! They found the exact make and model car I was searching for and delivered it from TX to OK for free! The entire transaction was done within a few days and was honestly the easiest car purchase I have ever made! Amanda was amazing, so kind and so helpful. 10/10, would recommend!

Bought my Yukon XL used and they worked with us! They weren't high pressure and gave us a good deal on my trade-in. Get the bumper to bumper warranty offered...totally worth it!! Service center is not super fast but the work is quality. If they have a loaner in, they will work with you so you aren't footing it!

When a person understands his customer's needs/wants thoroughly, works tirelessly yet effortlessly, has character and integrity and totally enjoys what he does you know that person is in his God-given profession. Thank you Ricky Neal Young for a hassle- free experience. You rock!!!!!!! Buy from him and tell him the Averys sent you :)

Customer service needs serious improvement…read more While the vehicle itself is great, the customer service experience was disappointing. Tyler Ramirez was quick and helpful in some areas, but came across as overly aggressive when explaining the total cost. His tone felt more confrontational than helpful. Courtney in the finance department started off great, but when we politely declined certain warranties due to cost concerns, her demeanor shifted dramatically. She responded with an attitude and unprofessional comments, saying things like: "I don't see why you would want to go without a... warranty." This was said in a rude, dismissive tone, despite us being polite and simply asking reasonable questions. Additional issues: We were never provided with our financing paperwork at the time of purchase. We were told it would be emailed, but it's now been two days with nothing received. Attempts to contact the finance department have been unsuccessful. When we brought up our concern about misaligned or uneven headlights, we were told all vehicles come that way because they're "human made," which felt like a dismissive excuse rather than a proper explanation. After experiences with several other dealerships, this one unfortunately ranks at the bottom in terms of professionalism and service. I would not recommend this location and would rather work with a different Toyota dealership in the future.

Left the car for two days for these services to be completed. When I picked up the car, odor was only thing resolved. Car had not been cleaned and dent not addressed. Service rep stated they had no information about the dent but could have easily repaired if they had known. I could not leave the car longer due to the fact that I live out of state and had to return home. The salesman Jon Fortenbury stated the spare tire installation kit could not be obtained that quickly but that he would have it done at a dealership in my home state. We continued to have ongoing texts regarding the status of this over 3 months each time he stated it was on its way. Finally I called the sales manager Norman. He informed me that Jon was no longer with the company but that he would look into this and call back. I have now left two more phone messages for him that n a weekly basis with no response. I only gave two stars because the service department was exceptionally professional. I do not recommend buying from the dealership as they do not stand by their agreements and avoid customer service follow ups.

I was super stored, because I hated the beater I'd been driving for over two yrs. I had only about 10 days before my rental car coverage would end, and having transportation to and from work was paramount. Given that had nothing to put on top of my insurance claim, my budget was about $4200. I was sure that in no time I would be riding in style in my spiffy 02-05ish American made truck. After perusing the car ads feverishly, I came upon my 03' Dodge Ram 1500. It gleamed with class and dignity, quite a step up for me. During the test drive I noticed it fishtailed a bit at higher speeds, and thereu was an unmistakable creak when the truck would stop, turn, or hit small bumps. I tacked it off as a quick fix with a can of wd-40. Mr Spell and I sat down to discuss the car and talk numbers, as I made clear to him I was pressed for time. I knew what kind of a lot this was, where he got his inventory, and how he made his money. Before I gotten much further, i confided to Ron that I wasn't very experienced in negotiating or in choosing a used vehicle. I thought my honesty would be appreciated and he could let down his guard and give me a heads up on what i would later find to be some pretty serious defects. He just seemed to salivate at my naivete. His lot had a garage for what I foolishly thought was for assessing each vehicles condition, then making necessary repairs on any major components. Those which would affect the vehicles performance, or could potentially impact its safety.I never assumed he had a full crew of certified mechanics and porters, but to look you'd think maybe one mechanic. Ron's son had been there both times I had to visit, I think he did most of the washing and waxing. I had seen the truck in the car ads for at least a couple of weeks prior to buying it, so theres really no telling how long it had sat there or how many ppl had looked into it. Now 6 months later my truck has the following issues and parts to be replaced: Bad A-ARM bushings Bad upper and lower front end ball joints Bad drivers side front wheel hub assembly Cracked dash Bent frame A/c low pressure side aluminum tubing Ron Spell is an auction car dealer. He pays as little as possible and invests even less in what he puts on his lot. Any problems you may encounter down the road, probably aren't of any concern to him.

It stated "MSRP INCLUDING OPTIONS" but this WAS NOT TRUE! When I signed papers, $3,450 had been added ON TOP OF THE PRICE for a Classic Protection Pkg. This was NOT REFLECTED IN THE PRICE ON THE STICKER and was for more options that I did not ask for: Ceramic coating, Interior Protection (?), Wheels Locks and installation (which I will return), 4 Oil Changes and 4 Tire rotations (I WILL NOT USE). In addition, I WAS NOT TOLD they added a 5 year Insurance Policy (without my knowledge) from a company called Ally for $1,150! I will file a complaint about this. I was not provided a copy of the contract, etc., for 23 days! I called several times for the papers, but to no avail. The only reason I found out the $1,150 insurance policy was added to the price was when I got copies of the documents 23 days later! When I drove off the lot, I was not aware that all 4 tires only had 27 PSI. The front tires should have 35 and the rear should have 33. I have NO CONFIDENCE in their Service Department. There is more... I was contacted by the Finance Manager as a result of my negative responses to their Survey. NOTHING was resolved. I told him the ONLY bright spot of the whole transaction was dealing with Jasmin, the Sales Rep. He said she would be the only one negatively affected by my Survey comments and suggested I fill out a new Survey (Blackmail?). All I want is a partial refund of the $3,450 added to the sticker price for the Classic Protection package I did not want. I will be returning the Wheel Locks and I WILL NEVER BRING the car to the Classic Kia Dealership for the 4 oil changes and 4 tire rotations. Since I am 76, I honestly feel they intentionally took advantage of me.

**DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!**…read more I purchased my vehicle and traveled down from Dallas to pick it up. The low tire pressure sensor came on within an hour of leaving the dealership. I stopped to fill up the tire, not thinking much of it. After driving for another hour, the sensor came back on. I had been in the car for 10 hours when I got home (5 hours there and 5 hours back). Upon inspecting the tires, I noticed that one tire had recently been patched, and bubbles were coming from the area. (Note: the most common way to check for air leaks is to apply soapy water to the area and check for bubbles). This was done by the dealer. It was too late in the day for me to take the car in for a new tire, so I went to bed. The following day, the tire was completely flat. My new (used) car has four-wheel drive, and the other tires have about 10% tread left. With one tire completely damaged, I didn't want to replace just that tire and leave the others, especially since it's a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the car, I found myself getting four new tires at the shop. Yes, I understand that three tires didn't necessarily need replacing, but I wouldn't have been in this situation if they hadn't sold me a car with a poorly patched tire. Things got even worse when I informed the dealership about the situation. The car salesman, Carlos, showed no sympathy and immediately shifted the blame to me. He claimed that the service department did not patch the tire and suggested that the bubbles were remnants from when the car was detailed as if I were clueless. Really? Does the detail shop clean the center of the tire? What a joke. They knew about the issue; otherwise, bubbles wouldn't have come from the patch. Carlos also mentioned that the car was perfectly fine while parked at the dealership. Let's assume that's true--driving two hundred miles on a tire is entirely different from it sitting in a parking lot. The patch might not have been an issue initially, but the movement and pressure from driving likely compromised the seal around the patch due to poor installation. All they had to do was say, "We are so sorry about your experience. How can we make it right?" Paying for new tires isn't a problem for me. However, the ridiculous excuse about detailing and shifting the blame to a customer shows the character of those who operate this dealership. I cannot stress enough that you should STEER CLEAR of this dealership and take your business elsewhere!
