This was by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. After they serviced my vehicle, I…read morefound out the wheels were not properly tightened. My tire was practically ready to come off while driving. Their negligence could have caused a serious accident, injury, or worse. How does a dealership send a customer out on the road without properly securing the wheels? When I returned and pointed out the issue, there was no sincere apology, no concern for my safety, and no accountability. Instead, I was treated with attitude. The service advisor was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I tried to discuss a serious safety issue, I was told to get out of the office and go sit in the waiting area. Imagine being treated like an inconvenience after they put your safety at risk. I made my appointment in advance, yet they didn't even have the air filter needed for the service. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if the dealership isn't prepared to do the work? Then there were the coupons advertised on their website. They refused to honor them properly and gave excuses about only accepting one coupon. Why advertise multiple service coupons if customers can't actually use them? Between the dangerous workmanship, lack of professionalism, rude staff, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer safety, I would never trust Kia of Beaumont with my vehicle again. If they can't properly tighten a wheel, what else are they missing? Think twice before bringing your vehicle here.

FALSE ADVERTISING, HIDDEN FEES and INADEQUATE SERVICE... I purchased a 2026 Seltos on 12/23/25.The…read moresticker price and the website said $27,490. It stated "MSRP INCLUDING OPTIONS" but this WAS NOT TRUE! When I signed papers, $3,450 had been added ON TOP OF THE PRICE for a Classic Protection Pkg. This was NOT REFLECTED IN THE PRICE ON THE STICKER and was for more options that I did not ask for: Ceramic coating, Interior Protection (?), Wheels Locks and installation (which I will return), 4 Oil Changes and 4 Tire rotations (I WILL NOT USE). In addition, I WAS NOT TOLD they added a 5 year Insurance Policy (without my knowledge) from a company called Ally for $1,150! I will file a complaint about this. I was not provided a copy of the contract, etc., for 23 days! I called several times for the papers, but to no avail. The only reason I found out the $1,150 insurance policy was added to the price was when I got copies of the documents 23 days later! When I drove off the lot, I was not aware that all 4 tires only had 27 PSI. The front tires should have 35 and the rear should have 33. I have NO CONFIDENCE in their Service Department. There is more... I was contacted by the Finance Manager as a result of my negative responses to their Survey. NOTHING was resolved. I told him the ONLY bright spot of the whole transaction was dealing with Jasmin, the Sales Rep. He said she would be the only one negatively affected by my Survey comments and suggested I fill out a new Survey (Blackmail?). All I want is a partial refund of the $3,450 added to the sticker price for the Classic Protection package I did not want. I will be returning the Wheel Locks and I WILL NEVER BRING the car to the Classic Kia Dealership for the 4 oil changes and 4 tire rotations. Since I am 76, I honestly feel they intentionally took advantage of me.

**DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!**…read more I purchased my vehicle and traveled down from Dallas to pick it up. The low tire pressure sensor came on within an hour of leaving the dealership. I stopped to fill up the tire, not thinking much of it. After driving for another hour, the sensor came back on. I had been in the car for 10 hours when I got home (5 hours there and 5 hours back). Upon inspecting the tires, I noticed that one tire had recently been patched, and bubbles were coming from the area. (Note: the most common way to check for air leaks is to apply soapy water to the area and check for bubbles). This was done by the dealer. It was too late in the day for me to take the car in for a new tire, so I went to bed. The following day, the tire was completely flat. My new (used) car has four-wheel drive, and the other tires have about 10% tread left. With one tire completely damaged, I didn't want to replace just that tire and leave the others, especially since it's a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the car, I found myself getting four new tires at the shop. Yes, I understand that three tires didn't necessarily need replacing, but I wouldn't have been in this situation if they hadn't sold me a car with a poorly patched tire. Things got even worse when I informed the dealership about the situation. The car salesman, Carlos, showed no sympathy and immediately shifted the blame to me. He claimed that the service department did not patch the tire and suggested that the bubbles were remnants from when the car was detailed as if I were clueless. Really? Does the detail shop clean the center of the tire? What a joke. They knew about the issue; otherwise, bubbles wouldn't have come from the patch. Carlos also mentioned that the car was perfectly fine while parked at the dealership. Let's assume that's true--driving two hundred miles on a tire is entirely different from it sitting in a parking lot. The patch might not have been an issue initially, but the movement and pressure from driving likely compromised the seal around the patch due to poor installation. All they had to do was say, "We are so sorry about your experience. How can we make it right?" Paying for new tires isn't a problem for me. However, the ridiculous excuse about detailing and shifting the blame to a customer shows the character of those who operate this dealership. I cannot stress enough that you should STEER CLEAR of this dealership and take your business elsewhere!

Maybe because the building they work in looks like a shit hole. If your job involves working with the public try to atleast have a halfway decent attitude. Maybe try to smile. Don't worry.
