At the end of the 9 weeks, I called and threatened with a lawyer. My car was fixed at end of that day (btw that's a rental car for those 9 weeks!). I still have several recalls and they keep telling me "we will give you a call". STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL! When you walk in they don't even acknowledge you and when they finally do they say"be with you in a minute ". Those minutes turn into a long time. The whole dealership needs to clean house! I live in this town and most of the town shares my view. I'm selling both my fords and am no longer a ford gal!! My husband works for a global corporation. They've always had ford fleet trucks. They were still open, but were closing in 20 minutes. I told the guy that answered in service what had happened. He didn't even ask my name or phone number and asked me to call back Monday morning!!! I left a message with the Donaldson Service right after. They were closed on Saturday, but Jana called me the first thing right after they opened on Monday morning! She told me what I needed to do and BAM!!! I had my truck in the service department and out by 1:30pm!!!
