Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever seen. My wife and I drove for five hours to purchase a Honda odyssey, at first they told us they had sent it to auction, then it randomly turned up while we were looking at a different car. We agreed on 22,000 for a 2021 Honda Odyssey. Then after they made my 7 month pregnant wife and I wait in the lobby for 5 hours they changed the paperwork up to 26,000. When we signed on the car they didn't clean it because "the detail crew went home early." When I noticed 3 weeks later they dodged my calls and refused to meet. Nothing but crooked, lying, snakes. I would WARN ANYONE who is shopping for a Kia in SILSBEE TX OFF HWY 96 Bypass. Read the "FINE PRINT".they will add 'Unnecessary Accessories" to Their Bottom line. YOU have to catch it before signing Any paperwork. They may even tell you is is Mandatory.(Which it is NOT). Example,IF your paper work says "NAS-ETCH" OR "RESISTALL". this is their MARK UP at YOUR Expense. DO NOT fall for it. they will add it to your monthly note. and it is NOT Necessary. they won't even tell you.they will just add it to your long Yellow Receipt. So read it and have them remove it before sigining Anything. And,YOU MUST be willing to walk away from the sale. Always be willing to walk away even If you have been there for a while. Be the customer who is not afraid to walk away. you give them the power to mis lead you with their deceptive games If you stay. And remember, there are Always Other Kia Dealerships that will be willing to earn your business. read more

Sold me a Jeep with a leaking radiator. They filled it with stop leak and sent it on its way. Half assed everything else they did with the car. Brakes needed to be replaced, only replaced the back, and they still squeal like a cheap hooker. Trash customer service by their management. Definitely be weary of their used cars. Their sales manager art tried to sell the car out from under me even though I had already put down a deposit, and then tried to joke with me about it. My sales guy Matthew McLain was awesome though. Worst experience I've ever had! They said 8% APR, but slipped in 12% APR on the paper work. Car was $18,000, but they slipped in $20,000 on the paper work. They will lie to your face, so make sure you read your paperwork carefully. Absolutely despicable! If you don't have a good lawyer in your family, stay far far away from Kia Silsbee. read more

Most frustrating experience at Happy Kia in Silsbee, ever!! Did you know that the Kia Rio is selling for $3,000 over MSRP because they are so much in demand? (Not really) they don't have any vehicle on the lot in the $17,000 to $18,000 price range? You can reserve one for $1,000? They did make an offer to sell a vehicle on the lot for $3,000 more than the price advertised on their website!! (because I am an elderly female customer, I probably don't know how to use the internet!) A total waste of time, except that I did find out where NOT to shop for a vehicle. read more

I attempted to get through to the service department for 3 days in a row, having to leave a voice mail each time. All I needed to do was get my car checked for an open recall. I was never given a call back, never heard a word. I get it, that if you are that busy, it might be difficult to respond, but at some point during the day you SHOULD be able to respond. My husband finally spoke with an actual person this morning and they were pretty rude about it. Ridiculous. I did get through to a different dealership that actually answered their phone, and were courteous and polite. We will take our business there. read more

Went in for service for airbag light. They said it was just a loss wire - when light continued to come on - said the light had to on when we brought it in. Came back a third when light was on. Ran test. Said they would call with solution and fix - you are past warranty - so also with a price. We've been waiting 3 weeks for the call.... No call and light still on. Had problems with them when purchasing car - lying and cheating - another post. Don't use them! To whom it may concern I am writing because of the frustration we have had with your service department. We can in over 13 weeks ago because our airbag light keep coming on. The first time we Came in, had gone off when arrived so they said they Couldn't so anything. We finally figured out it was the Passenger airbag that causing the light to come on- so we came back a second time about a week later. We were they checked the code and would get back with us. 5 weeks went by without a word. We then received a recall in the mail about the airbag sensor on the passenger side of the van. We made an appointment- waited an hour to be told - yep we will now order the part. My frustration is - this is the 5th time we have come in with this issue. You never called us back when you ran the diagnostics 7 weeks ago, we get the recall and now we have wait longer. We have been waiting over 4 weeks now after they ordered wrong part and still haven't heard them. We have spend hours waiting at service depart and over 12 weeks since this stated. Currently going online to PAY THE NOTE of the Ford Edge I traded in ‼APRIL THIRTEENTH‼ because good old UNHappy Kia has refused to pay it off and it will hit my credit score as a MISSED PAYMENT ON THE 1st!!!!! Even though I've been trying to call and speak with someone about it for a month now! They refuse to talk to me and refuse to return messages left! The service department is a joke. We bought a used car from here 2 years ago. It's still under warranty. A gauge broke and they told us that it wouldn't be covered under warranty. We never received updates on what was wrong in the beginning. We had to constantly call. When we originally brought it in they were going in blind (understandable) but we waited around 4 hours before we went up and asked if we could go home. We called back that evening and they said it would be ready the next day (Tuesday). So we called Tuesday evening and they said they had to order a part and it would be in the following day. We called Thursday to come pick it up. They told us it wouldn't be ready until Friday. We called Friday evening and they said we could pick it up at 5:30. So we came to pick it up and they still didn't have it ready. It wouldn't have been a big deal if in the beginning when they found the problem that it wouldn't be ready for five days. But they were terrible communicators and $600 later one little bitty part was fixed. We will not be back and the warranty is a joke. read more

Bought a Kia Niro on 6/1/2019 , Traded in my Ford Mustang ! The dealership did not pay off that car till 7/10/2019 and as of today 8/12/2019 I haven't received my License plates !! I smell something fishy here !! its carelessness or total lack of customer service. I have contacted them numerous times and the Manager never comes on the phone to talk. Always gets the reception desk, and standard answer is "we have not received the plates yet, will contact you when we do" . This is totally ridiculous !! This place is a joke. I honestly thought they would be as good as Silsbee Kia (where I purchased my two other kia's) and that's a big negative. They're quick to get you in something and slow on everything else. They have yet to pay off my trade. Financed also through KIA. tomorrow will be 90 days. Have already had KIA finance calling me telling me it's about to go on my credit!!! Took me almost 90 days to even get my registration and license plates. And only after calling numerous times a week and finally calling the courthouse myself and following up since Happy Kia kept telling me it was a breakdown with the courthouse not them. The clerk from the courthouse was kind enough to call for me and guess what.......yah...they hadn't even turned the paperwork in yet! It was still sitting on someone's desk at the dealership. Funny how quick I got them after someone else besides me called them. And now this.......and don't expect the general manager to call you back. He has yet to call me. There's always some kind of excuse... or, hold on let me check if he's here. Oh, no ma'am, he's not here. I call bs. I also filed a complaint with the Texas board of Motor Vehicles for the timeframe it took them to get my registration complete. (and did you know it's illegal to be issued two temporary tags from a dealership? yep-me either. the state told me that themselves) and just completed my complaint to the attorney general for consumer fraud. If you can't stand behind your word, then you need to pack up and go back where you came from. Because this place is nothing like Silsbee kia was. At least they cared about their customers. They didn't leave them, their vehicle or their credit in a state of repair. Get it together people. read more
