Rude and unprofessional hidden fees and not upfront. Don't recommend this dealership. High interest rates and pushy

Amazing service writer, see Jana Weatherspoon for all your service needs. She got me back on the…read moreroad again ahead of the place I bought the truck from! She's getting all of our service business after the truck left me high and dry on the side of the road after the fuel pump control module went out on me! Chevrolet has an ongoing problem with that particular module and they have been replacing them as a defective part. I called my dealer as it happened on a Saturday. They were still open, but were closing in 20 minutes. I told the guy that answered in service what had happened. He didn't even ask my name or phone number and asked me to call back Monday morning!!! I left a message with the Donaldson Service right after. They were closed on Saturday, but Jana called me the first thing right after they opened on Monday morning! She told me what I needed to do and BAM!!! I had my truck in the service department and out by 1:30pm!!!

So my wife Cindy Moore and I find ourselves in need of a pickup truck to pull an inherited 29'…read morefifth wheel RV. Saturday afternoon Cindy tells me, "Let's go make a deal with Nissan for one of those 2016 Nissan Titan XD's with the Cumins turbo diesel (we had looked on a previous Sunday and kind of liked them). So we do a little homework on our trade and the trucks value and head off to the dealer that had the most trucks on their lot, Nissan of Silsbee. We enter into the showroom, captivated by the yellow shiny Titan on the floor. That's when we met Joe Hinson. Joe is a local guy who worked tirelessly to carry my wife and I through one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I've had. Although the shiny yellow truck was fine we made our way out to the inventory and settled on a deep red 2016 Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve 2WD with dang near every bell and whistle a techie addict like myself could ever want...oh, and will tow 12,500 lbs! This truck is beautiful! Out comes Joe (he was assisting another happy customer when we met) and quickly delivers the keys for a test drive. Did I mention beautiful truck? We take the Titan XD for a spin and during the drive I notice the 'air bag warning light' flashing. Come back to that shortly. Well, we decide this is the truck for us so in we go fully expecting the "salesman/manager criss cross". Never saw it. Joe comes out, matches exactly the NADA trade value for a 2013 VW Passat TDi (plus a little), shows us the value of the Titan XD and asks how we would like to care for it (there were three finance choices provided - all perfectly acceptable). Cindy and I discussed which was a better fit and off Joe went. A short time later Joe introduced us to Karl (resident Nissan techie) who would assist us in Nissan Connect...connections. We're invited into the Finance Manager "Butch's"? (I have a good memory...just short) office and are shown this amazing desktop computer that makes the "deal process" actually kind of fun. I mean this thing is high-tech! We wrap up all that and Joe, Karl, and Butch come out and familiarize my wife and I with our new Titan...thoroughly walking us through every detail. Cards and numbers are provided and we are told that story...you know, "If you need anything just call." Uh-huh! Right! Funny thing was that I've received emails from Dean Bernard Sr., Joe Hinson, Nissan America...all checking to see if the process and our truck are meeting expectations. Remember the "air bag" light? It was suggested that we make an appointment Monday to have the issue resolved. Cindy needed to leave the truck so they fixed her up with a rental. The next day I receive a call from Joe Hinson to inform me that after discussing the issue with Dean Bernal Sr. and his brother (met him, very nice man and Sales Manager but the name escapes me...we'll call him Mr. Bernal) they offered their OWN PERSONAL 2016 NISSAN TITAN XD PLATINUM RESERVE for my wife to use until her truck was finished. That's going way above and beyond for the customer! We thankfully declined yet what a nice gesture. Anyhoo, the issue was a loose connection in a wiring harness and my wife Cindy, now referred to as 'Hot Truck Driving Mama', is driving her truck. That's how it all happened...Joe is our hero and the entire team at Silsbee Nissan is amazing. Thanks much for the experience, assistance, kindness, and support from the Bernal's and the entire team. We truly look forward to our continued partnership with Nissan of Silsbee!

BEWARE OF WHO'S WORKING ON YOUR VEHICLE…read more After 5 years of being happy with Nissan of Silsbee, I'm extremely disappointed. I took my 2024 Pathfinder in for an oil change and tire rotation. 6 miles down the road, I discovered they hadn't properly closed my hood. When I got home, I found the air filter box wasn't closed and the filter had been crushed, potentially allowing dirt into my engine. This is unacceptable workmanship. I will never trust Nissan of Silsbee with my vehicle again. CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING THIS DEALERSHIP. #NissanOfSilsbee #Nissan #BuyerBeware #NissanPathfinder

HORRIBLE. JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE. I went and tried to get an oil change first off. This was a few…read moremonths ago when I first bought my car and i wanted to change the oil in it. Well my car uses the synthetic oil and at walmart you get the whole package with synthetic. More work for them..they have to vacuume, clean the windshield along with checking everything and changing the actual oil. They wanna be lazy and lie an say they seen metal in my oil so they cant touch it. (Which was false I took it elsewhere an it was perfect they were just lazy) Next oil change time: I figure hey, it won't be the samething. Maybe just an off day, lazy employee working . So I give it another go. Say its gonna be about an hour wait which was fine I had some shoppin to do. 3 HOURS LATER I go back an say hey this is ridiculous it's a damn oil change like what's going on. They tell me I'm next, sorry everyone left theirs only 2 of us were trying I'm like okay that's fine. FINALLY ANoTHER HOUR goes by it's done and i leave. Cars not vacuumed, windshield not cleaned and the change oil dash messages are still on. I assume they just didnt reset the button. Then I notice their isn't even a new sticker put on!! The old one from my last change is still there. How you gonna say you serviced my vehicle and changed my oil when not only is the cleaning not done, but the sticker isn't changed and the oil message is still on. How am I supposed to believe that?? These mf just pretended to change my oil you cant just "forget" to do THAT MUCH STUFF. So I take it back an they give me a small gift card, apologize, an manager says hell watch them do it again. Waited another hour for my supposably 2nd oil change. Only good thing was the gift card I got for the HUGE INCONVIENCE. Then their still not gonna vacuum it all because I had "personal items in the way" and by personal items it was a single 2 liter sitting on the floor. Lol i suggest going to anywhere else In this town to get this done because apparently walmart doesnt know what the hell they are doing!
