The service department did not do the work we paid them for. We took our Jeep in for the 100,000…read moremile service checkup. Gave them permission to do anything needed to make us ready for travel. Tune up, brake check, timing belt, oil change, $1,400. When we got the car back the wheels and lugnuts did not look like they had been removed. Less than 3,000 miles later one of the cylinders started misfiring. Check engine light came on. Had a different mechanic replace the coil, plugs and injectors. Discovered that we did not have the new Platinum plugs we were charged for. Then 2 months later the back brakes started to grind so loud I called a tow truck to take me to a local shop. The brake pads and rotors were ground down and needed replacement. There is no way that would not have been caught at the 100,000 mile checkup. I don't trust Donalson's service department and will never return there.

I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? This isn't the first time or second time the owners be short with me and my questions. I wont be back.
