The next morning, I called Beaumont Radiator Service & was told he could get me in that day, & to bring her car into the shop. Upon arrival, I explained the situation & asked multiple questions in relation to the expected ETA & price. He told me that he didn't want to quote me a price without first giving her SUV a thorough diagnosis. He also assured me that he wouldn't complete any work without first consulting me over pricing. We were both stressed out due to the lack of rental coverage: (insurance wouldn't cover rentals if there was not an accident) it was roughly $100 a day, as well as possibly having to miss work due to something vehicle related. All of this was put to rest when we received a call from BRS roughly 3-4 hours later stating that he found the problem & can complete the fix by the time we got there if we decided to head there now! We have had the car back for over a week, & the SUV is as good as new! We assumed we would be paying $5-700 for this repair, but we only paid $236 & some change. Very quick & guaranteed service! He told me to hang on to the receipt because almost all of his parts have a lifetime warranty! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
