Start to finish about 8hrs including repairs that had to be done to weathered/rotten wood. They took care of the surrounding areas of my home and protected them with tarps. Zero damage. Bill Cooper with Shinglemasters was the last contractor to come by and without even knowing what the other quotes were, came in $1000 under the lowest quote. Unfortunately the weather pushed the start date by several weeks but when the crew arrived the first morning they didn't waste any time getting started and had the first house completed and were well into work on the second house. Day 2 was just as productive as day 1 even with several passing showers in the morning. The work was completed, clean-up done and they were pulling away by mid afternoon. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is considering roof repair/replacement. The crew was highly professional and courteous the entire time they were at our home and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They also made several trips around both houses with rolling magnets to make sure there were no nails on the ground. The ''icing on the cake" so to speak was when we got the invoice, even with the extra costs for some deck repair on both homes, his final bill was less than $50 more than the next lowest bid and that bid didn't have any decking replacement costs. As far as I'm concerned the quality and professionalism the exhibited more than exceeds the price.
