Lee came out and assessed the damage. He was able to come the same day I called, and we scheduled the repair for later that week. He helped us by properly sealing the hole up with plastic sheeting, so no more rain could leak through until he could get back to fix it. Perfect work, he even helped give us an idea of a timeline for other repairs and resources to fix up our older home.

One 2X1/4 plywood and one 8X4 roofing sheet cut in two pieces. one 2X4. Then tried to charge me an additional $946.00. They said for that one repair they had over $700 in materials. That is enough to build a small storage shed. I hired another contractor to give me an estimate on what they did and include the wage of the workers. His estimate was $245. Materials was around $104. When I refused to pay the $946 the Absolute estimator became irate. I sent pictures, the second contractor estimate and a complete detail of what the estimator was trying to do to Absolute. No response. But I told them I wanted to be fair. The men who worked deserve their wage. I gave them twice the amount of what I should have paid for the job. More than fair for the work done on the eves. I will never ever use Absolute again. Beware......
